Best hotel in Zhoaqing, there are no hiccups with the service. The room is big and very clean and comfortable The view is excellent outside. As we went in the Chinese New Year it was bustling with the banging lion dance and fireworks lit by civilians around the lake. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant had tasty dim sum to welcome the year of the horse with open arms.
We stayed in your hotel from August 9 - 11, we have booked two double room thru your staff name Kiki, however, upon our arrival at around 6:30 pm, we were told that no rooms have been reserved for us due to some careless mistakes. We complained to the front Manager Doris Leung, but her manner is not professional, she just ignore our feelings and offer no help at all. We are totally dissatisfied with the service provided by Sherston Zhaoqing.
The Hotel is Great! The View is also Good. The Room, the Services, the Breakfast is awesome.
