I am disappointed, According to the Marriott Bonvoy application, my booked room clearly included the special benefit “This room features Club Lounge access.” This benefit was part of the room I selected and paid for. However, during my stay, Club Lounge access was not provided, which clearly show that Club Lounge access was included as a special benefit in my room reservation. And also, I noticed that the complimentary items were not provided in my room.

Visited this hotel for the first time. I’d like to immediately note the friendliness of the staff and the quick check-in process. The rooms are beautiful and well-kept — I especially loved the armchair with the ottoman! The laundry service is top-notch; every item is packed with care, warmth, and attention. As for the restaurant, I could write about it for a long time! I happened to be there during the fondue festival — a huge selection of ingredients and once again, excellent service. In addition, there’s a great restaurant serving European cuisine — the beef steak and lamb ribs were absolutely delicious! A truly wonderful hotel!

Great hotel run by efficient staff. One of the most beautiful room I had. Room are well equipped, I had all what I needed. Modern furniture and comfortable bed. Bathroom very clean with bath tube and a separate shower. Good quality international breakfast. I had room 1939.

Hotel desperately needs some renovation. Despite staying in a suite, the bed has "sunk" and smell damp. Certainly does not feel like a Renaissance Hotel. Front desk crew needs more training as the service delivery is bad. Saving grace for this hotel is the friendly and approachable Concierge and Executive Lounge crew.
