This hotel is perfection to us. The property is beautiful and everyone is friendly and helpful. It was great coming home from touring every day, especially to the (blonde) piano player. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is convenient & you will not be disappointed by the service or amenities!
This is an excellent hotel. The check-in process was easy and smooth. As platinum IHG members we were given a welcome gift (fruits), but no upgrades. They did give us two complimentary drink vouchers. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and the shampoo/soap were of great quality. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with many quality options for both Chinese and Western foods. The hotel would benefit from better black-out curtains and better quality blinds in the bathroom, but those are minor complaints. The location was great, near a busy shopping area and many restaurants, attractions, and public transportation (the subway station is 2 minutes away, which was very convenient). The price of this hotel was lower than what you would find in a comparable hotel in the US or Europe. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.
I had a fantastic stay at the Regent Beijing and cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. - Perfect Location & Immaculate Rooms: The hotel’s location is awesome - incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around the city. The rooms themselves were pristine, very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, offering a perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring. Love the view of the Forbidden Palace! - Welcoming & Attentive Staff: Every staff member I encountered was genuinely welcoming, polite and always eager to help with a smile. - Going the Extra Mile (True Hospitality): What truly sets this hotel apart is their incredible service recovery and willingness to help guests even after checkout. I accidentally had a large carton delivered to the hotel after I had already checked out and left. Instead of turning it away, the hotel staff went completely out of their way to coordinate and arrange for the carton to be securely shipped back to my home country. This level of care and helpfulness is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. I am incredibly grateful to the team and will definitely choose the Regent Beijing again for my next visit!
We , my family stayed from 29th May 2026 till 3rd June 2026. On our last night after a long day tour and adventures , we return to the hotel without dinner at about 10:30 pm . Without a China inland handphone number its very difficult to order any take-out food to the hotel . We approached the front desk ( Miss Bianca ) for help to get us some food and she did. And to our surprise, she even personally delivered it to our room. We are very grateful to her and colleagues at the front desk for such Excellent Service !!! Hope the Hotel Management can make her a role model to train more such staff in your Hotel. Keep up the good work ! Thanks
A special shout out to the concierge team at Regent Beijing especially Yuna and her team. Yuna went to lengths to help us get reservation at a Peking Duck Restaurant. She also got us a fantastic private car driver to send us to Mutianyu and came up with a full day feasible itinerary after Mutianyu. The next day we even had breakfast packed to go with us on the train to Xi'an after we checked out. And they have so kindly kept our big luggage and transferred them all to our next hotel after we return from Xi'an. Wow we are absolutely impressed by such great service! Hotel building is dated no doubt but service staff more than makes up for this short coming. Everybody from the reception,bell boy service and restaurants make us feel so welcomed.
