The room smells very strong cigarette.
STAFF COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, I HAD CALLED FOR SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY HAVE VERY LIMITED ENGLISH WITH ILL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
There was a loud noise outside the room, I could not sleep at all. I had call the staff for it and as he does not understand English, he just hung up. It was an extremely poor manner to do so nor he did not cooperate any other of his colleagues to call back. The loud noise last for 3 and a half hours.
Rooms and services available are top notch compared to hotels around the world, but actually rather normal for hotels in China.
Food is great and hotel is located next to 3 malls, with one of the malls (Aqua City) being linked to the hotel at level 3.
The room is large and equipped with modern facilities.
The rooms are clean, however they are showing signs of age. The key benefit of this hotel is its location: it i a short taxi ride away from Tianjin West Station, and walking access to 2 different malls.
The area of location is right at the center of 4 different types of shopping mall, it is very convenient area and the room was spacious and depend on the view of the direction that your assigning rooms
