The property is well located, which is definitely a positive point. However, the overall service experience has been disappointing and below expectations. The internet issues and the lack of responsiveness have significantly impacted my stay. It feels like a non-welcoming and dull environment.

We stayed here during our Chinese New Year trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is right next to Suochengli and near Wanda Mall, which makes everything very convenient. Traveling to other attractions in Yantai is also easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a sea view room. The view really made our stay more enjoyable. On Chinese New Year’s Eve, we had our reunion dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although we finished quite late, the staff remained professional and friendly throughout. We truly appreciate the team who served us that night. Highly recommended for families and holiday stays.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and stunning on the harbour side. Large comfortable room. The food is ok. The gym and pool are a good benefit and we'll maintained. Laundry service is outstanding. The rooms could use a deep spring clean. The facilities are well appointed.
