The service was super friendly and the concierge was really helpful. Only the rooms were quite small even with an upgrade.

First time beijing. This was our first hotel for the week and we recieved amazing service, from welcoming to the hotel, cleaning up service and even personal advice on places we should go to that we hadn't booked yet. Hotel was so good we even decided to come back here instead of our second booked hotel. Great staff, there's always a didi or taxi nearby and there's a lot of restaurants nearby where you can go to eat. Definitely recommend!

What are you looking for? This question will help you choose. If you want a nice size room that is clean and you just come back at night to sleep after a work or social visit, then this is the place for you as it's the price you pay. For me this is great. Yes, the staff cannot speak much English and for sure the lady at the checking counter was very unhappy about something but you also fine good people around as well. Also how much interaction will you have anyways? Set low standards and it will exceed your experience :)

Nice, comfortable rooms with power sockets in the right places. There's a good up-market restaurant and a very acceptable buffet. The dinner is very good value. For a fixed price you can have as much food and wine/sake as you want.
