I was there for 4 days, 3 nights on a business travel, I was stayed in a executive room which has complementary drinks and plenty of water bottles. No limitation. Emily was at the checking counter and she speaks English and very helpful and friendly staff member. Thank you!
We stayed at the Pan Pacific Tianjin during both the beginning and end of our trip to China, combining business with leisure, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel’s location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and beautiful views of the Haihe River. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and they consistently made us feel valued as guests. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Asian and Western options, and the Executive Lounge was a lovely place to unwind with excellent food, drinks, and attentive service. As a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium member, I felt genuinely recognised and appreciated throughout our stay. I would happily return to the Pan Pacific Tianjin and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.
First and foremost, my family would like to praise the chambermaid, 㛢英 for her attentiveness. She saw some coughing medicines placed on our desk and gave us extra bottles of water. She left a note saying to let her know if we need extras. Thank you! Besides location, price of room is worth.
With thanks for the kindness during my stay I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the kindness shown to me during my stay, from 3 December - 6 December. I sprained my ankle quite badly in Xian and was walking with a stick and in quite a bit of pain when checking in on 3 December late afternoon. It was my first time in Tianjin so despite the inconvenience, I continued with my touring activities the next day. When I returned to my room that evening, I was deeply touched to find a handwritten note from your housekeeping team, offering help if needed, along with plasters thoughtfully left for me (I think they saw a bag of medication in the room). It was such a small yet incredibly meaningful gesture. As a solo traveler dealing with an injury, it truly warmed my heart and made me feel cared for and at home. It was entirely my oversight that I didn’t keep the note, but the kindness behind it has stayed with me. Now that I am back home and feeling much better, I wanted to make sure I reached out to thank your staff for their thoughtfulness and compassion. Please pass on my gratitude to your housekeeping team and everyone involved. It made a lasting impression and is something I will always remember.
Let’s start with location: Close proximity to the Tianjin Eye and Cultural street. Didi taxi from here east and 10 min walk to the eye. The hotel: Modern and has a great gym, pool and restaurants. The only issue was the smell of cigarettes 🚬 even in the non smoking floor. The room: Lots of space and a lovely bathroom plus shower. Free water at room and reception. The staff: Very helpful and well spoken English The breakfast: A taste for all. Not as wow as Singapore branch but gets a 4/5 The restaurant: This was much better and a 5/5 Although food is cheaper outside, the comfort and relaxed environment is worth the extra. Overall I give this place a 5/5 I arrived by train to Tianjin station 🚉 10-15 min drive Note: Tianjin city related- Cars drive in green for pedestrians here and zebra crossing not used effectively. So be very careful in the city crossing roads.
