An absolutely exceptional stay at NUO Hotel Beijing. As someone with incredibly high standards for hygiene, I was thoroughly impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean everything was. The staff was highly professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. Perfect organization and true 5-star service. I will definitely return!
Was not expecting much at this price point, but I was really impressed with the room quality and modern chinese ambience, the tea set is a nice addition, the bathroom, especially the rain shower was awesome. Sadly no coffee or coffee machine but this was rectified promptly with a call. Breakfast selection pretty good. Recommended.
Amazing lobby and the Premier room was huge and beautiful. Service was great and location is close to Art 798 and that’s why we stayed here and close to the airport. We stayed just one night before flying home the next day.
We stayed at the Nuo Beijing in March 2026, while on a last minute trip to China after our flight to the UK was cancelled.
On arrival at the Nuo, security was extremely high due to an important meeting being held at the hotel that week. At check-in we were greeted very warmly by Kseniia Bessonnaia, who immediately upgraded our room. She was very reassuring regarding the increased security presence in the hotel. During our stay Kseniia and the hotel Concierge Mr Lee (Coolio) were a great help to us - we had very little time to plan our trip in advance and didn’t have the luxury of a tour guide, so they helped us with all of our trips, taxis, tickets and did so very happily and efficiently.
The hotel itself was very impressive, although some of it was closed to us due to the meeting taking place and the high level of security. Breakfast was very good. We had a very comfortable stay at the Nuo Hotel and would recommend it as a base to explore Beijing.
Great bath tube position in front of the window, great view on Beijing, fast elevators. Some of the rooms I was in had an inacceptable smell of cigarette smoke, although in the rooms a high cleaning fee is announced in case of smoking. Problematic, but it's common in China: foreign language skills. Very positive: friendly and polite staff, clean rooms, breathtaking breakfast.
