Marco Polo Parkside Beijing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Marco Polo Beijing. As a GHA Discovery Titanium member, I have stayed at many hotels, and this one truly stood out because of the people. Unfortunately, I had a bad fall during our stay and injured myself quite seriously. The staff went above and beyond to help me with genuine care, kindness and professionalism. Their support made a difficult situation so much easier, and I will always be grateful. The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. The team made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to everyone at Marco Polo Beijing for your outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers.

They told me I have to wait for 9 days to get the refund even though the front desk told me 2 working days. The management of this hotel is troublesome, to process your request takes hours with 0 respect to the customer. The service inside the hotel is nice though. The price is too expensive, you don’t get what you pay for.

Stayed for 4 nights. Manager Eric and his staff are excellent. Their service and attitude made our stay pleasant. Steven helped us with local tour planning and at breakfast they arranged pasta with vegetables as we don’t eat non veg, on all days. Room size is big and spacious.

the location is perfect because it is only a short walk to the subway (line 15, Anli Lu station, exit B),especially it is only 20 -30 minute walk to Olympic Park, Bird Nest, China National Convention Center and nearby museums. If you don't want to walk, it is only next stop of the same subway line. The room is clean and big, It is only a small matter is the bath room tub is difficult to control for warm water, either too hot or cold, the bathroom door is too old so not easy to move; Some receptionists are not so professional when I requested to include the full information of my company which is a bit long in the invoice, the 2 young girls showed a little annoyed face and raising voice after they tried several times but not successful, said it was impossible to do due to system, but after I showed them how to do they could do.
