I was very satisfied, even compared to other foreign-owned hotels in the area. The bed quality is good. Breakfast has a wide variety of options, and the staff are numerous and attentive. There are many Japanese guests staying long-term, so there are more TV channels available than Western channels. The surrounding area has many restaurants, making it very convenient.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and ambience. Staff is very friendly and hotel have lot of facilities (gym, pool...) which can be used during your stay. Breakfast is decent.

I don't think this hotel deserves a 5 star. The maximum I can give is a 4. The buffet on the second floor is ok. Be careful with the raw fish, they may not be too fresh.
