My stay at the Inner Mongolia Grand Hotel was fantastic from start to finish! Very spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained with all the essential amenities. Exceptional attention to detail! The staff went above and beyond every day and even left warm, personal handwritten notes during turndown service that truly made the stay feel special. An amazing buffet breackfast spread featuring a great mix of classic Western items, Chinese staples. Extremely welcoming staff and top-tier hospitality, I would definitely stay here again!
This Inner-Mongolia themed establishment is a comfortable 4 star hotel. Room size is ok; furniture is a little old, but very clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast is awesome: Western options are limited, the highlights are the specialties from Inner-Mongolia on top of traditional Chinese breakfast food. Staff is nice but does not speak much English, so be prepared to use your cellphone translator. Location is rather central, it is a 5 minutes walk from the Dongdan metro station (lines 1 and 5) and a 15-20 minute walk from the Wangfujing pedestrian street; however it faces a multi-lane road, so the place does not feel to be right in a busy city street.

The only downside is the smell of smoke in the room. We saw a guy smoking in the hallway. The smoking ban is not really enforced.
Lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and a pretty design throughout. Room was comfortable, I liked the choice of pillows available. The room service robot was really cute. The location was walkable to interesting places and close to underground train stations. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend adding that to your stay. They had a lot to choose from and it wasn't the same everyday either. They had plenty of tasty veggie options too. I enjoyed their soy milk machine, added to an espresso it made a great coffee, so a very good buffet for anyone vegan. Overall a very pleasant stay, I couldn't fault anything. I would happily return here again
