Hyatt Place Beijing Daxing

I expected much higher level from Hyat in overall. Variety of food at breakfast is narrow, the poorest from many of my stays in different hotels.

Inside room is super hot during winter and no Aircon due to go green China .I couldn't sleep all night and day !!!!

I recently enjoyed an exceptional seven-day stay at Hyatt Place Beijing Daxing while visiting Beijing with my father. The hotel’s location is outstanding—just steps from the Livat Supermall, offering countless dining and shopping options, and conveniently connected to the MRT station. There's also a Sams Club across the street that you can enter using your US membership. As a Globalist, I was pleasantly upgraded to a larger room and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a well-curated selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. What truly made the stay memorable was the remarkable team who made us feel completely at home. My sincere appreciation to Jason (GM); Leo, who kindly shared his WeChat to assist with various bookings; Lulu, Jerry, and Mia at the front desk for their warm and attentive service; and our wonderful housekeeper, Sister Chang (常姐), whose tireless work ensured an exceptional experience throughout our stay. The duty manager Jason and his team impressed with outstanding situational awareness and proactive service. Meticulous details were not left out. My colleague had been injured and needed wheelchair assistance to be sent to a hospital. The service provided exceeded our expectations. This truly represents the Chinese culture and epitome of services.
