Location is a bit off but close to water. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Same with the restaurant staff, polite and good service. Lovely breakfast with many options. The Conrad Lounge was also very nice with good finger food and wine. Lovely place, excellent service, early recommend.
It's a nice hotel in a good location, very close to the sea and promenade walking. Good service, nice accessories in the room however, not a very big room. The breakfast was very complex, including something for Europeans. In total it's a 4.5 star hotel.
A great hotel to stay in Dalian, nice views of the harbour, sea and excellent location with walking distance from ‘East Montage’ - the not an exact replica of Venice, but its developer used the classical European city as its blueprint. Also, it’s only half and hour from the airport. The hotel was immaculate. With a very decent sized room and bathroom. The toilet has its own door within the bathroom. And the bathroom had a retractable screen to expose the bedroom or not. I loved how they had universal power sockets and usb charging points in the room - bonus point for that. Be warned there is no ATM in the hotel. So if you are thinking to draw out foreign money, you will struggle as the banks in the area did not work with our UK banks. And had to drive to Bank of China in order to take out money. The Hotel does however exchange currencies in cash form.
The room was great. Breakfast just ok. The gym was fantastic, open 24hrs.there are a few malls within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall was a good experience
Stayed in a pretty impressive suite here. Yet somehow it felt sleezy and dated. Maybe because despite being non smoking it stank and had burns everywhere and was showing signs of wear. The view was impressive as was the incredible breakfast.
