We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Beijing while celebrating my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary and a family birthday. The hotel has a great location, and everything was very convenient for our trip. Our room was beautifully arranged and thoughtfully prepared, which made our family celebration feel even more special. A very special thank you to Cindy (张亚鑫 / Yaxin Zhang), Yvan and Bruce. Especially Cindy — she was truly wonderful. She was always friendly, patient, professional and attentive. I had several questions and requests throughout the stay, and she always took the time to understand what we needed and respond thoughtfully. Her communication was especially impressive. 非常友善，也非常得体，让人感觉很舒服。 The service felt personal and genuine rather than simply following a standard procedure. The breakfast was also excellent — 精致、丰富，服务非常到位. The fitness center was another pleasant surprise. It was very spacious and well equipped, which made working out during our stay very convenient. Overall, we were extremely happy with everything: the location, room arrangement, breakfast, fitness center and especially the service. Thank you again to Cindy, Yvan and Bruce for making our family celebration such a memorable experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked 2 rooms as a family to find out that they had scheduled water outage from 12pm-9pm. And after 9pm, there were still no water, kept checking the front desk every 15 minutes and all they said, "will ask my colleage when the water will be up". Had to go down and screamed at them and they offered us to use the rooms at executive tower so that we could shower. NO OTHER COMPENSATION, NO DISCOUNT OFFERED, NOTHING!!.Such a shame considering this a five stars hotel. Untill we went to bed, at 11pm, still there were no water runnng.

Overall not bad. I’m not from China, but this is a terrible city haha the amount of honking outside this hotel is so funny and insane. You can’t go longer than a minute without hearing one lol

Stayed for 4 nights. Excellent rooms, food and services. Location near metro and embassies. Most highly recommended! Ms. Liu Chunlian took care of our room so well.

The room felt a little dated compared to many other Hilton hotels, but overall it was still a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection could use some improvement, as the menu was the same every day even the noodle station offered the same style daily. It would also be nice if more attention were given to the accompanying dishes; for instance, the congee could come with a wider variety of sides rather than just kimchi and pickles. With some enhancements to the breakfast offerings, this could be a really lovely hotel to stay in.
