Hilton Beijing Capital Airport

My mom had a very pleasant stay at this Hilton near Beijing Capital Airport, and our family especially want to thank Yajing Fu (付亚静), Xiaolong Tang (唐晓龙), Mr. Shen (沈经理）, the manager, and the rest of the team for taking such good care of her during her stay. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and helpful. Their thoughtful service made my mom feel comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after. I especially appreciated knowing that she was in good hands while I was not there with her. Special thanks again to Ms. Fu, Mr. Tang, Mr. Shen, and the entire team for their care and professionalism. Their service made a real difference and left a very positive impression on both my mom and me. We would definitely choose this Hilton again when travelling through Beijing Airport. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I booked 2 rooms for 3 people and they consolidated it into one massive loft room which had bull bed/bath on each floor and another half bath in the common area. The shuttle is very punctual and very convenient (see first image for T3 location). Breakfast is above average buffet.

My favourite hotel so far ❤️ super convenient when you have over night layover in Beijing. They have 24 hours shuttle stay from the airport and back. Breakfasts very good. Second time I stay in this hotel and every time they upgrade my room for better one for free. Staff are very nice and friendly 🫶🏻

I don’t even know where to start, I would give this hotel more than 5 stars if I could. My flight landed at 1am and I accidentally booked the wrong dates. While I was in Singapore, I received an email saying I had missed my reservation, which caused a lot of stress. I emailed the hotel, and within five minutes they responded, fixed everything, and didn’t charge me any fees. They also gave clear instructions on how to reach the hotel using their free 24-hour shuttle. When I arrived, I needed a very late checkout (about 7 extra hours), and they not only accommodated me but also upgraded my room after seeing how long I had been traveling. The staff went above and beyond at every step. I can’t thank them enough, truly an amazing experience.
