Easy access to subway in Beijing. It will be better if breakfast menu change every day cos a bit bored having same menu for 3 continuously stay.

Good hotel located in Beijing. Very tidy and clean rooms and staff is hospitable. The lobby area is very beautifully designed.

Haven check in, booked for Feb asking to decorate the room as is wife birthday, normally all the Hilton i stay they will be ok to assist, even if i need to spend extra for it i dont mind, this round i was rejected straight and was told off by the customer service if i want to deco myself i can only put up balloons and nothing else, i hope the stay is good but for now I'm truly upset with such service. 10th feb 2025 Check in, like mentioned yes no decorations compared to other Hilton hotel that i stay, no special privileges even as a Sliver card member, was given 2 bottle of soda water, 2 milk packets and a plate of uncut fruits, room size is so much better compared to the one at Tianjin, lobby is clean with very nice location nearby restaurant and mini mart. But overalls review, will not booked Hampton anymore the service is totally way different from Hilton hotel, btw i paid premium price not budget price, 3 nights over RMB 3500+
