Hampton By Hilton Beijing Daxing Flower Of The World

The beds were excellent, very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was a mess. The dining area was overcrowded and clearly not equipped to handle the number of guests. We were even directed to a meeting room for breakfast, which felt disorganized and uninviting. Basic items like spoons and glasses were missing, and shockingly, one of the glasses we were given had a sharp edge that actually cut my lip. I strongly recommend the hotel check all their glassware for safety. Great sleep, but breakfast needs serious improvement. The beds were very comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. However, the breakfast experience was chaotic. The restaurant was crowded and clearly unable to accommodate so many guests. We were even directed to a meeting room for breakfast, and the whole process seemed very unprofessional; I even saw some people eating standing up. Even basic utensils like spoons and glasses were missing; some were available earlier, but later only paper cups were left. One of the glasses even cut my lip. I strongly recommend the hotel thoroughly check the safety of all their glassware. I slept very well, but the breakfast service needs significant improvement. If the hotel caters primarily to tour groups, then the breakfast area and tableware really need improvement, so that guests can have a pleasant breakfast instead of a rushed meal.
