Anywhere you sleep it smells like and old smokey bar. The Aircon (probably a 50yrs old) is very loud and when it is on your room instantly smells like old cigarette smell! The room amenities are outdated and very used. Bathroom dirty. The carpets are very dirty. The rooms size is ok. The rooms simply aren't nice and inviting. Location is ok just one coffee shop, one all day dinner and a park are around the same block. Else NOTHING. The staff is okay, but speaks badly English. I used translation to help me communicate with them. The Pool area seems ok, the gym is fully equipped, lots of lifts fast and quick. Lobby area is spacious. Toilets in Lobby area are super smelly. The rooms aren't equipped with and air purifier. I personally prefer the Sun world Dynasty Hotel in Wangfujin. Cleaner, better maintained and more convenient location, spa is also better. Rooms are cleaner beds are bigger. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone neither will I ever come here again.

Perfection. Spotless hotel. Metro station line 2 (main tourist sites are on this line) is just 3 minutes walk from hotel. There is big Walmart (Asda) just 10 minutes walk from hotel. Mojito who works at lobby bar is the most attentive and kind. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Food was good. We stayed in executive room and beer and snacks were included from 5.30 pm. Dragon fish on menu is superb as are cakes... Really happy we chose this hotel. And Chinese restaurant food is amazing. We ate there twice now. Note that 1 hot dish is enough for two people. Portions are huge.
Honestly? This hotel kinda ate. Staff was super sweet, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the lobby is low-key adorable with tons of seating. Plus there’s a coffee shop and an ice cream bar in the lobby, and a couple little stores and an ATM right next door. However, the air conditioner was only blowing warm air, which made the room uncomfortable, the shower space is a little tiny, and the coffee shop opens way too late (like please, bare minimum is 6am). Additionally, the surrounding area offers limited walkability; most shops, restaurants, and landmarks are only accessible by car or rideshare.
Awesome hotel, awesome staff, awesome location. Had an incredible stay there. It's not that much expensive, the staff helps as much as they can, easy to come and go to everywhere, you can even walk to some good shoppings and other places. By the side of a subway station. Rooms really comfortable and well equipped. Literally, the only complain I have is about the light switchers, that do not allow the abajours to stay on while the ceiling light are off (at least it was my case in a room int business floor)
A few minutes walk from 2 subway stations and several bus stops. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We were provided with fresh supplies of bottled water every day, which was great. A varied breakfast offering was available, and I managed to try most items over the 9 days we spent there. However, bathrobes and towels were too small for a larger person like myself, and it was too difficult to make myself understood to the cleaning staff. Surprisingly few staff spoke English, considering the hotel caters to a lot of foreigners.
