We had a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons Beijing. The service was exceptional, and the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the high level of service. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Really enjoyed my experience at Mio Beijing inside Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. The restaurant has a sophisticated atmosphere while still feeling warm and relaxed, making it great for both special occasions and comfortable long dinners. The menu focuses on Tuscan-inspired Italian cuisine with high quality ingredients and beautifully balanced flavors. The handmade pasta, seafood dishes, and grilled meats were all excellent, and the tableside preparations made the experience feel more personal and interactive. Service was polished and attentive throughout the evening, and the overall pacing of the meal felt very smooth. Combined with the elegant setting inside the Four Seasons, it made for a memorable dining experience in Beijing.

I came here with my family (party of 5) for about 6 nights. The service was amazing. They surprised my kids with a birthday cake and balloons, gave us small gifts and wrote personalized cards every day in the room. They made us felt special and made the stay feel so comfortable. After staying at a few 5 star hotels, the service of the four seasons is unmatched. All the other hotels (big named hotels) service was slightly off for a reason. The four season really went above and beyond with no complaints on the basics. While the hotel is slightly older, they did a good job maintaining the building. It was very clean and well kept, plus the house keepers did a great job refreshing the room on a daily basis. They instantly knew I had kids and gave us more towels, kids slippers and more water. This is pro active thinking, which many of the other 5 star hotels dont do - especially at the housekeeping level! My mother in law washed a few clothes and they next day they brought in a drying rack for her - wow, was my in law pleased! The buffet breakfast was great. It was busy but the staff kept the tables clean and turnover fast. They actually hired for the right amount of staff to support the customers. I am a more critical customer and this hotel really topped my expectation after staying at several 5 star hotels during my two weeks trip in China. Good job GM! Your staff is really well trained and really performed at a 5 star hotel level!
