Special commendation to the first service manager, Christina Wang and the security manager on duty on 21 Dec 2019. I dropped my pouch when I was alighting from the taxi at the lobby and was subsequent picked up by a delivery man. We had to trouble the 2 hotel staff to track back the delivery man using their CCTV, track down the guest who ordered the delivery to find the delivery man, and the hotel staff even took the efforts to help us speak to the man to return as he was refusing it. It was an amazing team efforts and despite the late time, the team really took the efforts to help us retrieve everything. Special kudos to them for going above and beyond to help us. And as my kid was sick, they even helped us to move room when we told them the initial assigned room has a cigarette smell. The room is overall spacious for a city fringe hotel

Location is not central but next to a big mall. Hotel is modern and new. Room is big and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly.

Great New hotel. PLEASE note that Google map has the wrong location marked. The hotel is located next to the Wanda area and the big indoor skiing area. Large Lobby with cafe and restaurant. Rooms are new and spacious. Large breakfast buffet incl western dishes. All in all you get great value for money here. Only downside is location distance from city centre.

Brand new 5-star hotel (built in 2017) right next to the world's biggest indoor ski slope Wanda Mall). The hotel features a basic gym and a pool. Staff is very friendly. A unique thing are perhaps the robots which can deliver orders autonomously to the rooms using the elevators by themselves. Absolutely recommendable with a competitive price.
