Good service. However, in my opinion, the breakfast buffet doesn't quite live up to the rest of the hotel, neither in quantity nor quality.
So welcoming and amazing location
I booked a room here last month, and when I called to confirm the day before, I assured them they could come. However, right after I hung up, it turned out the person checking in couldn't go to Dongying due to unforeseen circumstances. Frustrated, I called to inquire, and Ms. Dong at the front desk was incredibly empathetic to our situation. She helped us cancel the room without charging us any fees, and we were truly grateful. My wife and I immediately registered two accounts; you could say she brought us two Platinum members at IHG.
It is a very nice place to stay in Dongying city , the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly
