The highlight of this stay was Liu Weimin (刘为民), housekeeping on the 21st floor. My room was spotless every single day, down to the details: my things put back exactly where I had left them, the bathroom genuinely clean rather than just tidied, everything restocked before I had to ask. Careful, thoughtful work. I hope the hotel recognizes him for it.

The location is a bit far from some major tourist attractions, but it is still convenient for business travelers or those who prefer a quieter area. Some facilities feel slightly dated, but overall the hotel is clean and well-managed. With a few updates, it could easily be a perfect five-star experience.

This was one of the most pleasurable stays I have ever had at an IHG property. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff and managers were all amazing; providing helpful local information, assisting with ticket bookings, and offering excellent restaurant suggestions. The room was spotless and well maintained, featuring thoughtful amenities and an abundance of power sockets and USB ports throughout. Additionally, the soundproofing was fantastic. The breakfast was extensive and varied, offering something for everyone. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Beijing.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Check-in was great, housekeeping good, and the location is quiet (about 10–12 minutes’ walk to the subway). Jacky at the Market Restaurant made special effort to prepare halal-friendly food for me. However, the air conditioning was weak, room temperatures stayed too warm even after changing rooms. Also, saw the same knife used for fruit and non-halal meat at breakfast, which is a concern for Muslim guests. A good stay overall, but improvements needed for comfort and halal food handling.
