Great service, and very kind. In the morning I need a travel bag. I asked the manager in the dining room. She quickly orders herself as a self phone. Just wait 30 min. I am so happy. I've never been like this. You are awesome.

The lobby is grand. We found the restaurant a good food option and also the restaurant downstairs. There is a convenience store to the right and then around the corner to the right, also you pass a local food cafe, yellow painted on the outside. Reviewers are correct, some floors seem to allow smoking and they leave the room doors open so the smoke spreads through the other rooms. Some on our trip also had to change rooms 3 times to get away from the smoke or mould in bathrooms or simply rooms that had not been cleaned. Others had no a/conditioning so their rooms were cold. We were lucky apart from stained old stretched carpets and the old stereo/radio being full of fluff and dust our room was acceptable. Guess all things come down to a price.
Truly awful. Stayed there for work. Some bedrooms (no doubt the ones they show online) are decent and the lobby is very glamorous but the majority of the rooms are filthy and worn. Colleague’s room had a blood stained handprint on the wall. Air vents clogged with grime. Bathroom unspeakable. I had to change rooms 3 times before one was halfway acceptable. In the end our entire company moved to another hotel. There is nothing nearby except the huge “antique” market a few blocks away which is well worth a visit. But stay somewhere else.
We’ve been there in 2015. It is a 5 star hotel in China but I think it corresponds to a 3 star hotel in the US. The breakfast was the only feature I liked when I was staying there. Every extra items in the room cost money, including bottled water! The worse thing was, there was no internet connections in the room! We had to go to the lobby in order to get online! The lobby staff was not friendly but bossy!
This hotel is beautiful and looks grand, but the rooms didn't live up to the grandeur of the lobby. Pool required swim cap (30 yuan). Ping pong and "shuffle board" (on a table not the floor) were 60 yuan Morning breakfast buffet was decent. Bad: Beds are very hard Bathroom was dirty (we found hair on the wall) when we entered. Room has old CRT TV. Good: There's AC in the room with a variety of settings. Room has 2 small water bottls (330 mL) every day and a "drinkable water tap".
