Mold in rooms Mosquitoe's in the room Toilets are pathetic Food is barely replenished if at all and is staffed by grumpy people who look extreamly depressed No pool table as advertised. The gym is less than basic Location could be better. Overall it is a very expensive hotel for a bad experience. Do not confuse this hotel with other another hotel named the same nearby, this place has no pool or therapy options

Toilet was choked with urine and shit. We were then informed not to throw soiled toilet paper into toilet bowl. But to throw them in the waste bin provided in the toilet. Can u imagine the smell lingering in the air as the waste bin would be cleared only the next day. This hotel does not look new. Bedroom is renovated with new furnishings. But the wardrobe, pantry and toilet are not renovated. Furnishings are totally different in color and style. And was told by the plumber who came to fix the blocked toilet that the toilet system is old type. Thus may get jammed. DISAPPOINTING

A luxurious hotel in the heart of Beijing. The staff is professional and helpful, helpful with all your questions, and speaks excellent English. Although the hotel is not new, it is very clean and has excellent daily housekeeping. The city views are stunning.
