My stay at Atour was great, the location is super convenient to be close to the airport, the rooms are very modern and spotless, the hotel also has a laundry and a gym. Linlin went above and beyond during my stay, answering any questions I had and helping me when needed as it was my first time in Beijing. Special thanks to Linlin !
Very modern and clean hotel next to the station to the airport very convenient
Tbh quite disappointed at the quality of the Ramada near PEK Terminal 3. The first room was quite unkept. The glass door of the shower was covered with soap and hard water deposits stains, the bed sheets looked they were not changed, just flattened down after the previous use. Hallway and the front lobby was filled with a strong cheap perfume scent it almost triggered my allergies. The shower drain probably doesn't have a proper P trap so there's a constant odor/gas backing up from the sewer line. The staff tried their best to help by moving us to a cleaner room. But compared to other local Ramada scored rather poorly.
I have stayed this hotel my last day in Beijing. It was amazing hotel. The staff is very nice and the location is great and close to the airport. I love it.
Modern 4 star hotel, located close to (20 min to 1/2 hr) away from the airport. Hotel staff have limited English, but are very friendly and use modern AI translators, so there really isn't any problem. Comfortable beds, memory foam pillows, spacious rooms, inexpensive breakfast, and free night snack around 9:30 p.m. Staff bent over backwards to allow a late checkout since our international flight back to the US the parts in the evening. Much appreciated!
