A great experience for fans of Bridgerton. Paul the tour guide was very knowledgable about the tv series and also the beautiful city of Bath and brought a good deal of humour to the tour.

Amazing host, very informative and welcoming. Would highly reccomend and definetly use this service again
We spent the morning with Paul who knows his Bridgerton inside and out! The tour takes you by multiple film sites and Paul ‘sets the scene’ at each of those sites. Review your Bridgerton ahead of time as there will be a’quiz’.
While the content of the walking tour was interesting, the guide was rude and prickly and failed to take an inclusive approach for all participants. I recognise there is a lot to get round; however, the pace was challenging for many participants, and the tour guide was scathing and impolite.
The tour started with the Tour Guide rudely informing a guest on the tour, a wheelchair user, that the tour was not suitable for her & she should have read the terms. The other guests on the tour took extra steps to ensure the guest could enjoy the tour. The Tour Guide, when asked to slow the pace, rudely informed a guest that this was the pace and they had to keep up. When a guest asked a question of clarification, the Tour Guide rudely responded. The tour itself is focused on sets used in Bridgerton and nothing else. The Tour Group we had made the tour! Without the camaraderie, we would not have enjoyed the tour as much.
My husband and I did this tour . Paul was very good in as much as we saw the locations used in the show and backed up by the photos and his explaining of the scenes. However we found that he moved between locations at a furious pace which did not suit us. He started his explanation before we had caught up. When we asked him to start again he said " you havnt missed much and the pictures are self explanatory" . Very rude . I felt he did not want any interaction at all unless it was invited by him . Judging by his reply to previous comments none of this will be taken on board .
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing and rather uncomfortable tour. Our guide, Paul Elliott, didn’t seem to welcome questions or conversation. When people asked questions or offered an answer or opinion, they were often shut down quite abruptly. We also felt his response to a member of the public who approached the group was unnecessarily rude. I had hoped to hear more about the Bridgerton filming locations, alongside some of Bath’s history and interesting behind-the-scenes information. Instead, much of the tour involved rather cringeworthy renditions of scenes from the programme, including repeated references to some of the more risqué scenes, which became uncomfortable. There was also very little interaction with the group while walking between locations. For a walking tour, I think being approachable, encouraging questions and engaging with your group is a huge part of the experience. Sadly, that was missing here.
Paul our guide was rude. He put on a good “show” and gave a Bridgerton Tour with pictures but he wasn’t nice. I asked him a question and he seemed so put out to have to answer. He walked too fast and NEVER looked back to check on us.
Highly recommend your of Bath full of information, local knowledge and jokes. A great way to spend a few hours exploring the city with such a friendly and knowledgeable guide.
Helpful to have watched the Bridgerton TV series. The Guide is very knowledgeable and entertains with short quizzes on the program.
Excellent tour guide, Paul Elliott. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it fun. Great two hours, thank you
He’s very intelligent and serious but we had a great walk with him x worth every penny.
Paul was very informative, and knowledgeable. His comical whims were very fitting with the tour and his dry sense of humour, very apt. It was a good size group, and we all found the atmosphere fun and educational. The time duration was perfect, not too long, not too short, for what was an informative packed tour. His little quiz interludes were very engaging. Very well priced. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to all Bridgerton fans. Highly recommended. James & Ali
Paul comes highly recommended he was fun and very knowledgeable - with some very interesting facts- and could recommend other Bridgeton locations outside of bath
Brilliant tour! Thoroughly enjoyed this small group experience. Paul the guide was very knowledgeable and very funny. Would recommend this tour.
Very knowledgeable on the show. Remembered more details than I did from season 1. He has really dry humor and I really enjoyed him and the tour. He had really lovely photos on the tour as well.
Great tour, and the guide was very knowledgeable
If you're really into Bridgerton, you'll love this! The guide has a book with photos showing how the various locations you visit on the tour look in the series. He also knows quite a bit about the show, and throws quiz questions out there at various points along the tour (I found out how little I actually know!). The tour is long, and on our day, it was quite warm. You also have to navigate traffic on your own as the guide blazes ahead. He is definitely a leader, and not a shepherd. But he knows a lot, and gives a lot of information about how filming affects the locals, as well as how they altered each location to make it work for the series. I enjoyed it, but was ready for it to be over, largely due to the heat.
Not a good tour. Yes, the guide knows a ton about the filming of Bridgerton. But he does not veer from his script and gets quite snappish if you try and make small talk with him along the walk. He doesn’t seem to notice if people are uninterested- he just keeps to his memorized routine. Also, I had assumed the tour would also include things about Bath history or the time period in general. No. It is 100% pointing out the filming locations - even of the tiniest of scenes. Would not recommend.
This is a very informative tour and the guide has excellent knowledge of Bath and Bridgerton. The quiz was fun. However, the tour is at pace and on a gradual climb therefore if you need to walk slowly this is not the tour for you. Take water to drink if it's a warm day. An older couple dropped out as it became too much for them.
Was not impressed at all. Was supposed to go on the tour at 2pm with a friend. We were running late so called and messaged multiple times to let them know with no response. The only response I recieved was an hour later from the guide saying he waited till 2pm didn’t hear anything then left. I can prove I called multiple times and I would’ve expected they would have at least called to see if we were still coming and or least picked up the phone number which was on the contact page. Would not recommend.
The tour guide was very knowledgable and funny. We enjoyed the quizzes and his in-depth knowledge of Bridgerton. We also enjoyed that he threw in fun facts about bath and history about the city.
Hands down the best walking tour I’ve ever done. Paul was a genius for inventing this tour, he’s done deep research, and he’s super funny. I’d read the reviews that said he was grumpy, doesn’t wait for people to keep up, blah blah blah, and because of that context actually was hoping for some grumping lol. But Paul was a delight. Best money spent on this trip!
Good experience, guide was great
An excellent walking tour, very informativ and funny! I leaned a LOT of Bath as well. The guide was excellent!
Great tour for Bridgerton or early 19th century fans
He started on time. The guide toured offers us the information about the place, the Bridgeton series number and the conversation between the characters. It was beautiful know Bath that way. The tour guide had pictures about the place in Bridgerton series.
Very enjoyable 2-hour walk around Bath visiting the Bridgerton filming location. The guide, Paul was excellent and used pictures from the show at most of the places we visited. There was about a dozen on the tour, so not a large mob, which meant we could get between stops fairly quickly. Paul is an experienced guide with good sense of humour. A great tour if like us you we have visited Bath many times. If it is a first visit, then this a fantastic introduction to the city, and select places Netflix haven't used yet. Fantastic Value For Money!
I was looking forward to this tour, but it wasn’t long before I realized that my tour guide was not an inclusive individual, and therefore, no matter how much I wanted to see and learn about Bridgerton and the sights/sites the tour guide ruined the magic of the experience.
I enjoyed having the pictures to remind me of the season and episode for each bldg/area we visited. You will get a really nice walk in so if you're not able to walk and go up a hill, this will not be for you.
I arrived promptly at 11 to be scolded for being late and told that 'the train would have left'. The tour guide referred to one woman who answered a question as being a 'gullible female', then remarked that tourists didn't follow the English rules and walk on the left. Apart from being a grumpy curmudgeon, Paul Elliot was very knowledgeable about Bridgerton characters, scenes and locations. He had done a lot of research and quizzed us about Bridgerton. His knowledge and insights into the series were faultless.
Paul our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and also very entertaining as he walked us around the various film sets. He had cleverly produced cards of stills from the series that could be seen in situ which added to the experience. He ran a quiz and our American girls knew all the answers and put us to shame but they are clearly Bridgerton mega fans. Regarding Bridgerton- personally I haven’t watched more than a few episodes as during the pandemic I was working in the NHS setting up and then running a vaccination hub . I booked the walking tour mainly because I just love Bath and its architecture ❤️
Our guide was very informative. The tour was only about the first movie. But he showed us were most of the places that were filmed in Bath.
I have arrived at 2 at the correct address, noone there. I waited for 15 min and contacted tour operator. No response. Contacted again and have been waiting 30 minutes total. Customer service did not respond also. I took a day for this and paid for the whole day parking. Disgusted!
Very interesting and fun to listen to! It was the right pace for a walking tour and didn’t feel too long or short.
Excellent gentleman really knowledgeable guy and we got to walk around Bath which was lovely
The tour was fun! Paul, our guide was well prepared with pictures from Bridgerton scenes, acted out at time, very funny. He should be in theatre. I recommend watching bridgerton all 4 seasons prior to joining the tour
The tour itself was fine. But the tour guide, Paul, was condescending and inconsiderate. He abandoned two couples in our group because they weren’t walking fast enough. They would’ve been completely lost if half the group didn’t wait to serve as checkpoints. And if you look at other feedback online, he’s combative and defensive any time someone mentions his pace or something negative. And for someone with such “elite knowledge of Bridgerton” he got information wrong. He said Charlotte and George didn’t have children in the show but had 15 in the book, but they also had 15 in the show. It’s literally addressed multiple times. If you want to be led by a passive aggressive man who continually repeats himself and doesn’t care if you’re participating or not, enjoy your tour.
It was fun and the guide knew his stuff. He asked trivia questions and we were surprised that so many guests knew the answers. He also walked fast!
The good: beautiful location, interesting stories from a very knowledgeable guide, great explanations between the scenes from the show (and other movies too!) were set and how Bath was featured, super cool concept! The bad: too much is crammed into the two hours and on a nice day with lots of foot and vehicle traffic it is very difficult to hear/keep w the tour group. (Maybe extend it instead of complaining about it?) Guide gives no indication of path to be traveled (eg taking the next left then a right) nor does he carry something visible so you can see where the group goes. When asked if he could do something so we didnt get lost he was very rude and non apologetic. And very rude (needs to be said twice). I reached out to the company when we got separated to maybe get the tour route so we could find them and still have not received a reply (it’s a weekday). We ended the tour early.
Great Bridgerton tour Paul was fantastic. Really good sense of humour and really knowledgeable. Saw so much of Bath that we would not had seen. I booked the tour for my friend who loves Bridgerton. I didn’t know anything about Bridgerton but I really enjoyed it.
Lovely, funny and very informative tour! Bath is a beautiful city and exploring it through the lense of Bridgerton locations was a lot of fun.
This was a very nice tour taking you around Bath to see the locations of the Brigerton filming. There is a lot of walking, so be prepared with good, comfortable shoes.
Booked train to Bath for tour and was to arrive an hour before tour began, unfortunately the train got delayed due to a car crash on the tracks. I tried messaging Paul and calling Paul and left a message letting him know situation and to see if there was another tour before train ride back to paddington . I kept messaging to let him know status He did not reply or call back. I kept him posted. I contacted support and they tried to call him and waited for him to reply. I have been on many tours and guides have contacted late arrivals . He did not. I requested a refund and I was told he declined it! Not impressed. Missed out on tour and returned home.
Paul was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable especially about Bridgerton and did a full packed two hours of locations, facts and fun with the group. He even ran a prize draw for a quiz about Bridgerton which was won by two American tourists who are obviously huge fans of the Netflix series
Wonderful guide and fun to see so many filming locations.
Paul, our charming and witty tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The beautiful sights and sounds of Bath were enhanced marvellously with this tour. A must for all Bridgerton lovers.
This far surpassed my expectations. Paul was a great guide full of insightful Bridgerton knowledge. Made the two hours fly by. We felt bad that we didnt get the chance to thank him as the weather turned and we had to run for cover. Would highly recommend, well worth the money.
Our experience on the Bridgerton filming locations walking tour was exceptional. Our guide, Paul Elliott, was highly knowledgeable and professional, and his engaging sense of humor made the tour both informative and enjoyable throughout. We especially appreciated his use of visual references, which allowed us to compare each location as it appears today with how it was portrayed on screen. This thoughtful approach added meaningful context and truly enhanced our appreciation of the filming locations.
Extremely enjoyable tour. Paul is not only very knowledgeable about Bridgerton and the city of Bath, he was professional, funny and likeable. The tour took around 2 hours and included lots of Bridgerton film locations and a great quiz, with a couple of prizes for taking part. Highly recommend Paul's tour if you are visiting Bath.
