Apex City Of Bath Hotel

We came here for a two-night stay for our anniversary. The first positive was that thestaff and the service they provided was universally excellent. Any and all requests were dealt with speedily and with kindness. Particular standouts were Ru and Savannah. We were given a greatly appreciated upgrade to one of the 4th floor balcony rooms which came with a comfy king size bed, very clean and well equipped bathroom, coffee pod machine, and other mod cons. However, extremely loud music from the Brewers pub opposite did make it difficult to relax and disrupted our sleep. After speaking with the front desk the next morning, we were moved to a similar room on the other side of the hotel which was greatly appreciated. The pool facilities were fantastic with use of a sauna and steam room. The lighting even changed during the evening which was very atmospheric. Breakfast was also great with a lovely continental and hot buffet option. However, the best part was that a breakfast menu item and barista coffee was also included with the price! Overall I’d absolutely recommend the Apex and am looking forward to staying here again.

This was the second time I stayed at an Apex hotel in a week and I have to say, I am now a big fan of the brand. It manages to give you an elevated hotel experience without being fussy. The service is excellent, again, without being overly fussy. I love that vibe. Very clean, upscale touches in the rooms and a luxury feel all around made my experience here so memorable and comfortable. Special shout out to the front desk staff, Yasmin, who's personalized attention made me feel less alone on my solo trip while ensuring that I had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel for a great experience while in the beautiful city of Bath.

Last minute stay for just one night, thanks to family for sorting it! Excellent all round experience. Welcome at reception was polite and professional but also friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate with all you need, great bath and shower. Incredible how calm and relaxing the room and the hotel is, no noise and fantastic aircon. The best sleep in weeks ( currently in a heatwave!) Dinner in the restaurant was excellent value, peaceful and with the lovely Felix on hand to cater for our needs, wonderful chap who clearly knows his stuff. Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was brilliant and great value, staff were amazing, chatty and friendly and informative about the options available. Quickly resolved an issue with the toaster with no fuss. All staff we met were professional but friendly and made us feel at ease. No time to use the leisure facilities due to early appointment but we plan to visit again and stay a little longer. We live locally but have stayed occasionally overnight in the city and this has to be our ‘ go to’ hotel for next time. Already recommended to friends who like to have short breaks in Bath Thank you to all your team.

We stayed at your hotel 3 nights and you provided us with unforgettable experience. Location very convenient - close to landmarks of beautiful city of Bath. Value for the price - amazing. The pool with waterfall, sauna and the idea to have bucket with chilly water splashing - all those details provided relaxation after all day sightseeing. All this would not be complete without exceptional service provided from all the staff. HEATHER who allowed us to check in early - it was very welcoming after early train trip from London. Manager - BOZYDAR always asking whether there is anything we might need. NICK - bartender who catered to us while we were waiting in the lobby before heading to the station. Waitress during breakfast ( Polish lady - forgot her name ) perfect service. Manager of breakfast room as well. Details like " Rubber Duck " on the pillow - sweet !!! BTW - I asked to give one more as a gift to my friend - second duck was provided. Reception staff asking us whether we might need any supplies, like towels, coffee, tea, fresh milk - even crackers. There was problem with window curtain not closing entirely - maintenance person ( very friendly and competent gentleman ) came to our room immediately and repaired the curtain in the blink of an eye.
