Resort was not all inclusive. We didn’t find that out until after we arrived. Another couple also received the same false information. Few food options at high prices. Limited activities since we don’t gamble. Large resort that had few guests. Some of the floors were a bit scary since they seemed vacant. I recommend staying in one of the small apartments that have kitchen facilities and packing basic food and buying groceries down the road.

1. Filthy 2. Cockroaches 3. Ants in the bedroom 4. The flooring is disgusting 5. Felt unsafe 6. Really dirty beach full of seaweed 7. In-room dine takes forever like they take over 2 hours to deliver. 8. A foul smell in bedrooms that won't go away no matter what They gave us a room in their cockershell house building near the beach club, the building felt so scary with no other guests staying in that area while we were there, I had a sense of insecurity all the time. Also, the rooms always felt dirty no matter what, the flooring and the uneven grout in the bedroom and also in the washroom made me feel sick. The bath tub looked like it was from the 80s and barely looked clean. 2/10 I would never stay here again there are better places in St Kitts.
Booked a day pass and daily room after docking from Star of the Seas. The beach was awful. The whole place smelled from the sargasm / seaweed. There were industrial machines grading the beach and covering the chairs and tables with dirt/sand. Everything dirty and ugly. Poolside area wasn’t much better. We immediately left and management stated they would contact us to discuss a refund. Nobody contacted us. Beware.
Before going to the St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort I was a bit apprehensive based on some of the reviews posted online through various forums. After staying there I would definitely say this place deserves a 5 star review. First and foremost, I think it's only fair to take into account that this place is not priced (nor really advertised) as a five star resort. If you are expecting it to be the same as the Park Hyatt - then I'd recommend you check out the difference in prices for staying at the Park Hyatt vs the St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort. So the rest of my review is not based on the expectation this is a super high end luxury resort. That being said, I think first and foremost, I have to comment on how friendly and kind the ENTIRE staff at this property treated us throughout. I had read several comments that staff could be unfriendly or uncaring, and I found the exact opposite to be true. Anything we needed was provided, any questions we had were answered, and anytime I spoke with anyone on staff they were polite and friendly, I cannot say enough about all the kind folks who helped make our stay amazing. As far as the room, I found it to be extremely clean, and well kept. The shower was amazing, the bed was super comfortable. I think you could definitely say the decor is a little dated, but we really didn't care, because the goal was not to be in the room for the majority of the time. The pool and with the configurable lounge chairs were AWESOME, and there were always plenty of them available - which was very nice. The pool was also clean, we saw them clean it several times during our stay, and even with multiple different groups of people and children there was more than enough room for everyone to enjoy the pool - whether that was playing volleyball, relaxing, or doing a little swimming. The swim up bar was also great and I enjoyed being able to get drinks in the pool while watching some of the basketball or soccer games. I would go back to this resort for the pool alone. I'm not going to comment much on the beach - because as far as things that are "controllable" the resort made the beach as nice as possible. It was windy, and the water could be rough at times, but as far as I know the Marriott does not have ability to control wind and currents. There were plenty of lounge chairs available, and they even have two breakers built in that helped to break up the waves so that if you wanted to swim the water was much calmer. The view from the Beach/Ocean is a lovely view of the mountains. We ate at every single one of the restaurants and enjoyed them all, the Arwee Lobby bar might have been my favorite, but truthfully everything was good. People might complain the restaurants are over priced, but to me they were fairly/comparably priced for any other resort like experience. If price is a huge concern most of the places outside the resort, within about a 5 minute walk, are priced lower and are also very good. We didn't mind the pricing, and enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants, so all but one of our meals were on site. All in all I would this place is perfect for anyone looking for a lovely vacation. It was just my wife and I, and we had a perfect couples vacation. But there were also families there with kids, and everyone was having a blast. I would definitely go back to this resort without any hesitation.
As a Marriott member, you expect more. They deliver! A wonderful experience. Great gym, 3 pools, loved Calypso cafe in lobby ( not the restaurant) for quick bites and wonderful pastries! Housekeeping, thank you Seemone, great work! All staff we encountered was so kind & pleasant. This resort is basically cash free, so room charge or CC. The only minus was all of the seagrass on the beach, but cabanas were nice, as we're pools. Nice selection of restaurants as well. I highly recommend.
