Sandals St. Vincent is a beautiful, secluded location. Of course everything you need is on the island. You only need to leave for excursions. They had so many fun activity to participate in. Soap making, sip & paint and bracelet making. Shazar was our instructor and he was amazing. We stayed in a beautiful modern swim up room. My favorite💕 Late night pizza and room service was a big hit. Thank You Sandals for helping us create great memories🏝️

If you are a person who enjoys sandals resorts— this is suitable. If you’re a person that is not in the ‘sandals is my vacation spot’ habit, this is very much a waste of time and money. It is advertised as a 5 star hotel and is a far cry from it. Service is lacking severely. Our bags never were brought to our room and we got them ourselves and brought them up after waiting 40 minutes. It is not luxury, you do not get sunbeds made up for you comfortably, you grab your towels and find a cheap lounger. Food is abysmal. (Food poisoning) and they’re ‘fanciest’ restaurant is on the same level as red lobster. And takes over 40 minutes to be served after ordering. They have several restaurants and everything tastes like a reheated stouffers meal. Of course the island itself is lovely, that being said there are much better options. And forget relaxation and serenity, if not for the incredibly loud dj playing sub par music the entire afternoon, it will certainly be the several folks here coming up to upsell you things (spa treatments, private dinners) This is mass produced and a cheap product. This is the poorly traveled American’s play ground. If you told me I was in Margaritaville Myrtle Beach, I’d damn near believe it.
Sandals St. Vincent — An Amazing Stay! Sandals St. Vincent was our 8th Sandals resort, and it easily ranks #2 on our list, right behind Sandals Grenada. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the resort, the incredible setting, and—most importantly—the amazing staff. There is a genuine warmth and friendliness throughout St. Vincent that made our August stay truly special. And we have to talk about the food—it was absolutely delicious! We were impressed with the variety, quality, and consistency of the food throughout the resort. We had some outstanding meals and never felt like we were settling when it came to dining. There were plenty of options, and the restaurants each had their own personality and strengths. We were also really impressed with the new Sandals 2.0 concept. St. Vincent is a great example of where Sandals is headed, and we absolutely loved the updates and overall feel of the resort. The combination of the modern design, beautiful spaces, dining options, entertainment, and the way everything flows throughout the property makes the Sandals 2.0 revision feel like a significant step forward. As repeat Sandals guests, we really appreciated seeing the brand continue to evolve while still maintaining the service and atmosphere that keep bringing us back. One of the biggest highlights was the people. So many team members went above and beyond that we wanted to give them a well-deserved shout-out. CeeJay at the outside bar always greeted us with a great smile and consistently made delicious drinks. Lindele at the Rum Bar deserves special recognition for keeping the quality high even when the bar was slammed and he was running it by himself. He never seemed overwhelmed and continued turning out great drinks with a smile. Rohan at the main outside bar makes an amazing Sazerac—definitely seek him out if that's your drink! Leonie, one of the Entertainment Interns, was an absolute delight. She has a fantastic personality, a great smile, and really adds positive energy to the resort. We honestly think Sandals should hire her full-time! Willie, the Loyalty Travel Manager, was wonderful, and Necy at Scrimshaw greeted us each morning with such a warm smile and was always a gracious host. Tiffany at Scrimshaw was probably the funniest server we encountered anywhere on the resort, while also being incredibly attentive. She made every meal more enjoyable. Seaesha at Scrimshaw, who took care of us three different times, was another standout and always made sure we were well taken care of. Indera at The Jerk Shack and Butch's was an absolute delight, and Yvonne at Gatsu Gatsu was amazing. She had some of the best dinner recommendations and was a pleasure to have as our server. At the Sora breakfast buffet, Brensford had one of the warmest smiles on the entire resort. He always made it seem like you were his favorite people, which is exactly the kind of personal touch that makes a vacation memorable. As for our butlers, we'd rate them as good, but probably the least memorable of the butler experiences we've had. We've had butlers on six of our eight Sandals trips, so we have a pretty good basis for comparison. Our St. Vincent butlers did what they were supposed to do and were helpful, but the experience just didn't stand out to us the way some of our previous butler experiences have. That said, this was a relatively small part of an otherwise fantastic stay. One thing that every butler-room guest absolutely needs to do is the Butler Cruise. It is a must! The cruise was one of the highlights of our trip. You'll have the opportunity to see dolphins, enjoy an incredible sunset, and see the locations where Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. It's a fantastic way to experience some of the natural beauty and history around St. Vincent, and we wouldn't recommend missing it. Overall, Sandals St. Vincent exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the food is fantastic, the Sandals 2.0 updates are impressive, and the staff genuinely make the experience.
We had such an incredible honeymoon at Sandals St. Vincent! It’s such a beautiful property with breathtaking views everywhere you go. We stayed in the butler villa suite with the pool and thoroughly enjoyed our set up! Housekeeping was always on point servicing our room. Anytime we returned to our room in the afternoon, it was already serviced with garbages cleared out, bed made, and new towels ready to go. Our butlers Lukal, Clecia, and Jude made an amazing team. They were incredibly friendly, personable, and passionate about their work. Their hospitality was everything we could have asked for. We feel very fortunate that they were our team and are leaving the resort having formed some new friendships. The entertainment team at Sandals St. Vincent was also top-notch. They had palpable energy in every activity they hosted with each other and the guests. Any time they would encourage the guests to get involved, it was always an easy yes. Especially if it was Omali. He would go out of his way to interact with the guests, make them feel comfortable, and help them have a great time! Also, we pursued the nature walk activity that was on the weekly planner one morning. Ramone, the head landscaper, took us around the property and explained all the beautiful flowers and trees around the property. It was such a different and fun experience! He is so knowledgeable and was able to share so much. Afterwards, he surprised us in our room with coconut water! We were so impressed with all of the restaurants on property. Every meal we had was delicious. Our favorites from Parisol were the Callaloo Artichoke Dip, Burger, & Chicken Sandwich. We loved the jerk chicken and beef patty from the Jerk Shack. We were also obsessed with the Caribbean Salad from Imora and the Shrimp Diavolo from Isola. Brensford and Ojari were two great servers we interacted with that also left an impression on us! Overall, we are left leaving the resort relaxed, rejuvenated, and happy. We will forever cherish our honeymoon here and are so grateful for the experience!!
Here’s a polished version that incorporates those additional details: I was disappointed with the condition of our room, especially considering Sandals’ reputation for quality and attention to detail. Upon entering, the bathroom had a noticeable mildew odor. We also found opened, previously used bottles of shampoo and conditioner, along with a water bottle cap near the bathtub, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. Also on the balcony, there was a roach, and the balcony door did not close completely or lock properly, which was concerning. The ceiling fan on the balcony also was not working, making the outdoor soaking tub uncomfortable to use, and given the cleanliness concerns, it didn’t feel sanitary. Maintenance was supposedly called the same day we checked in to report these issues. Unfortunately, no one ever came to repair the balcony door or the ceiling fan. After returning from what had otherwise been a lovely evening, I had to call again and spend additional vacation time dealing with problems that should have been resolved after my first report. Once maintenance arrived he videoed the issues and let us know there were deeper issues than what he could address. He reassured us he would submit a report to his manager and work on it the following day. The resort itself has many wonderful qualities, and the staff we encountered were for the most part pleasant, but I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and follow-through from such a respected resort as Sandals. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests can enjoy the experience the brand is known for. Will definitely take my next birthday celebration elsewhere!
