Everything was perfect. Our guide, Andrés, was super helpful and super fun, throughout the trip he explained everything in a great way. And overall, the itinerary is perfect.
A must go experience. The views are out of this world. The pickup was on time, we were the first ones on line to cerro campanario, which is very important due to the crowds. Very professional staff. Bring cash to pay for the fees.
Loved this particular tour that showed off how incredible the views are around Barriloche. Loved it. It reminded me of views from Halong Bay, Vietnam : Thailand & Switzerland-
Fantástico! What a day seemed to be a dream with the clear rivers full of fish swimming you could see and the clear lakes just so many!
It is a short tour around the key view points near Bariloche. Amazing views, beautiful place. The guide Natalia was very helpful and informative. Bus was clean and driver good.
The scenery was absolutely stunning , i could not stop taking photos !Picture-perfect landscapes Andres , our guide was knowledgeable ,friendly and full of fascinating local insights. Highly recommended !
Wish we skipped this one. We were last on the pickups so we sat in the last seat on the bus. We got to feel every bump In the road and bumped my head many times with the step up and low ceiling. The windows were all steamed up so it was hard to see any sights. We went by our first stop as we were told there were too many buses there and we’d stop on the way back. We never did. We stopped at a cathedral which was closed and were told to take pictures of the lao lao hotel half a mile away. We stopped at a rose hip factory for what I still don’t know. Our guide spoke almost exclusively in Spanish with very little English thrown in. Very disappointing and a waste of our money. #stevensleavin
We didn't have time to do a full-day, large circuit tour of the seven lakes road, so this small circuit tour was a great option for us. The guide was excellent, and we stopped several times to take photos. The chairlift up to and views from the summit of Mt Campanario was a highlight.
Bear in mind the Campanario ascent is presented as optional - yet it consumes 50% of the trip and has by far the most spectacular views, so should you not take it, the trip as a whole would be rather pointless.
Excellent tour to have a sense of this amazing gift of Mother Nature! Natalia, the guide was excellent and pleasant. Also, very knowledgeable They were punctual and reliable The communication was prompt and clear
The Circuito Chico is a good starting point or way to see a lot in an afternoon if you don't have much time. Cerro Campanario was worth the ticket price.
Trip Advisor hired out Bariloche Travel. They were terrible. We were told we were going to be picked up as of 8:30 AM and when it was 9:00, I contacted them but no answer. Their initial text from the prior day to confirm was comforting but when I contacted them at 9:00 AM, no response. The hotel concierge contacted them and they told him that the van had 'missed' us. They sent a car to pick us up and caught up with the van but the main attraction of the tour (going up to Cerro Campanario) was cut short for obvious reasons. The same thing happened to another couple as we picked them up along the way.
Beautiful scenery. Wish we could have stopped in few more Places for pictures from car. Amazing from up on mountain however. Good tour guide.
Mario is an excellent tour guide who is fluent in both Spanish and English; he is also very knowledgeable of the area, therefore, his guide provided very useful information for me and my partner to learn about and enjoy our stay more in Bariloche. This tour is valuable for the money, time spent here in Bariloche and I highly recommend it for everyone new to this place
You get a few good photo spots for a decent price. The driver Pablo narrated in spanish. Some amazing spots visited.
A great way to spend four hours to get familiar with the Llau Llau Peninsula. Tour company did a nice job communicating and coordinating all the trip logistics including an on time pickup at our hotel. Our tour guide, Gonzalo (and his driving partner, Eduardo) were courteous, organized and knowledgeable. Gonzalo answered all our questions and did a great job acknowledging both the Spanish and English speaking clients on the tour. I would highly recommend this tour.
The beginning of the tour was very disorganized, but the rest of the tour to Cerro Campanario and Llao Llao Peninsula was better. I waited 30 minutes for the tour bus. I kept texting them to find out why the bus was late. The driver went to the wrong hotel in Bariloche, and couldn't pick me up. They didn't explain that to me until later. I felt very upset. The tour agency sent a private car to pick me up, but they didn't explain that to me. The driver didn't speak English, so he couldn't answer my questions. He took me to the bus area at Cerro Campanario, but he didn't know which bus I should be on. I felt very anxious and worried about missing my tour. Finally, Diego, my tour guide found me. He took me to the cable cars to see the panoramic views of Napuei Hapei Lake and mountains. The tour Agency paid the $20,000 ARS pesos for the cable car for me. Diego was a great tour guide, and the rest of the tour was good. Next time, the tour agency needs to be more organized to pick up tourists at the correct hotels! They need to explain what happened clearly. Kim from USA December 28, 2025
Well organized considering the long walks among groups of tourists. Handled switching countries well. Extra boat ride worth the extra cost.
This is a really great little trip. It takes half a day and you get to see all that’s best around Bariloche We went on the Spanish speaking tour did not speak Spanish and the courier was very helpful.
Beautiful scenery and stops - the Cerro Campanario chair lift is a must see - but this tour needs to have a roomier vehicle for more comfort
We loved the afternoon tour. The scenery is spectacular with the highlight being the views from Cerro Campanario. It's essential and you are really missing out if you don't buy the chairlift tickets. The rest of the tour was spent driving around the lakes and admiring the scenery. We found Paz to be an excellent guide. Just one thing, since the tour was both in Spanish and English, as one of the very few English speakers on the tour is was sometimes very hard to hear as some others talked loudly when Paz was speaking in English.
We had a wonderful 5 hour tour with a great English-speaking guide. The chairlift ride was fun, and the view from the top of Mt. Campanario was absolutely incredible. Everything was perfect from start to finish, we highly recommend this tour!
Nice little tour for half a day. Our guide Gonzalo took very good care of us, particularly I am the only English speaker of the tour. Always made me felt included and explain everything to me. Other than spectacular views, also learned a bit of history of Bariloche which I am always interested. Highly recommend. Thanks Gonzalo!
The worst tour ever! I booked the Bariloche Small Circuit: Mt Campanario and Llao Llao Peninsula with an English Guide. The tour operator was Gray Line Argentina. I booked the tour through Viator in advance. The afternoon before the tour, I was told there was no English Guide. I could either get a full refund or partial refund and join the tour in Spanish. Why tell me the afternoon before? It was my last day in Bariloche. I had no choice but to do it. I booked the tour over a week ago. They had more than enough time to allocate an English Guide or give me more notice so I could book an alternative option. I was fuming. The guide was not at fault. He was very sweet and tried his best. I blame the tour operator. My second issue was weather. We cannot control weather; I totally get this. However, why do they run the tour in winter in the morning when it is often misty? All we did was drive around and see mist. We came back early. They should just schedule the tour in the afternoon during the winter months. The first stop was at Capilla San Eduardo. The church opened at 11:00. Why take us there before it opened? All we could do was admire the outside architecture. None of the tour group decided to take the chairlift to the top of Cerro Campanario as the guide had told us there was no visibility due to the mist. A wasted half a day driving around in a small bus looking at mist. As I said, I understand we cannot control weather and this bad review is not aimed at the guide. He was really sweet in trying to make the experience better for us. I blame the tour operator as all they are interested in is money. If there is generally a lot of mist in the morning, then operate the tour in the afternoon or give us more notice so we can look for alternative options. I was going to give this a 1 rating. I am giving it a 2, purely because of the guide.

Santi was a great tour guide. We loved his energy and kindness. He told us cool facts along the way and introduced us to traditional drinking, mate. We enjoyed our day very much, and he also took great pictures. We highly recommend this tour.
Great experience, Santi was an amazing guide. Beautiful scenery and would highly recommend. All of the stops were stunning and Santi was very knowledgeable
I was the only English speaking person on the tour but the lovely guide made sure I was included and translated everything to me.
Excellent tour our guide was very nice and provided a lot of information. They were on time in picking me up.
The guide, Gabi, was outstanding. She greeted me warmly as I got to the tour van. Every passenger was acknowledged and taken care of. The itinerary was splendid for a half day tour. Some great photo opportunities.
Just an excellent tour of the natural beauty of the area. The perfect amount if time was spent at each stop. You won’t stop taking pictures. The tour guide, Cristina, was fluent in English and Spanish and sooo nice. Yes, there are bathroom breaks. Awesome ski lift ride too.
Good tour, but the tour at 3pm was cancelled a day before and we were forced to use an early morning tour instead. Poor support from Viator and the local tour company.
This is the official complaint I'm going to submit about life threatening incident I had in the chairlift on 7/11 Asunto: Queja formal sobre incidente de seguridad en aerosilla Doppelmayr en Cerro Campanario, Bariloche Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Safety Incident on Doppelmayr Chairlift at Cerro Campanario, Bariloche To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious incident that occurred on November 7, 2024, around 4:00 PM, during a ride on the Doppelmayr chairlift at Cerro Campanario, in San Carlos de Bariloche, Patagonia, Argentina. Mr. E. Rysin, the undersigned, boarded the chairlift with the intention of enjoying the ride but became a victim of a significant malfunction in the security system of the lift. Upon boarding, he noticed that the safety bar went down but did not close as required. Then, as the chairlift began its ascent, the bar went up, leaving him unprotected while ascending at a considerable height, exposing him to imminent danger. Mr. Rysin immediately attempted to alert the operators of the issue and requested that the ride be stopped; however, his requests were ignored. For 20 minutes, he endured the ride, in distress and fear for his safety. Upon reaching the top station, Mr. Rysin expressed his concern about the malfunctioning safety system, but his comments were dismissed with laughter and mockery from the operators, showing a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility in addressing customer safety. This incident is extremely troubling, not only because of the danger Mr. Rysin was exposed to but also due to the negligence shown by the staff responsible for the safety of the service. We demand that immediate action be taken to investigate this incident, ensure it does not happen again, and that a public apology be offered to the affected party. Furthermore, we request a thorough review of the safety conditions of all Doppelmayr chairlifts operating in the area. Such situations must not be tolerated in a tourist service of such importance that receives thousands of visitors each year. Passenger safety should always be the top priority.
Our guide Nata was excellent. He added a lot of historical context and local lore to the tour. We were able to enjoy all aspects of the trip. He kept the entire group (only 8 ) engaged and interactive entire trip. Well worth the price.
We went with LT travel and the guide was Patricia. We were the only English speakers in the minibus but she told us everything in English too. The view from the top of the chair lift was amazing and we went to another view point which was amazing too. A very good half day. In peak season the queue to the chair lift is long. But definitely worth it.
I love the part of cable car. It brought us to the hill top seeing the spectacular scene of Brariloche. We tooks many photos there. But I am slightly disappointed with the remaining parts which take quite a long bus trip but offering very similar view
Involves a lot of sitting in a van and stopping to look at scenic viewpoints. The best part of the tour is taking the aerosilla up to the top of Cerro Campanario.
The tour was a great small group experience that allowed us to explore a beautiful portion of Bariloche. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
We really enjoyed our experience! We went to the cerro Campanario and got to spend a good amount of time enjoying the view and taking photos. We then made a few more stops along the route, where our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend this tour.
The views were awesome. The chairlift to the top of Cerro Campania is optional and an extra cost, but don’t miss it. The view from the top is one of the best views you will ever see. The guide provided interesting bits of information about the area. The van was comfortable. We were fortunate to have excellent weather. The trip included stops at a small church and a rose hip processing plant, which were not too interesting.
Excellent guide who described things well and made sure nobody got lost or left. Will conducted to with appropriate amount of time at each stop. An excellent choice.
We had a great day! Beautiful scenery- the weather was perfect! Our guide Carlos did a nice job of explaining things in both Spanish and English. Really nice way to get out and see the surroundings. Get the chocolate and cognac and the ski lift! Yum!
I received an email asking where I was staying. I replied with an accurate address. I wanted for over 45 mins (15 mins before tour time until 30 mins after) and no one arrived. I phoned the office and was promised action. I received nothing. To top it all it was raining! Rubbish and rubbish service.
They are not the tour operator. Put as through another company. Then I learned that Monte Campanario (highlight of the tour) was closed. I said i was going to check and they cancelled me and have not responded or given my money back. They left me stranded for the day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are only an agency which I found out charges twice as buying the tour locally.
This is a very easy trip to make with stunning views from the cable car trip. We were not in Bariloche for long so this was a great way to get out into the surrounding area. Lovely staff spoke English - we would really recommend this trip and its good value for money.
We went on a tour with a Spanish speaking group. We had a great half day. Mario the guide was very friendly and smiley. He gave lots of interesting information. The locations and stops were delightful places. We met some lovely people, who we sat next to on the minibus. And it was a great experience and lovely memories.
One of the most “wow” places on earth and this tour allows you to see it fully. The guides are also very helpful.
The host was very gooof and this was a good intro to Bariloche. I didnt realise the zip line was extra which basically means this is a taxi service.
It was a smooth and very instructive morning with Juan. Plus the sightseeing were espectacular. We even got to drink hot chocolate and strudel at Cerro campanario ( which wasn't included) and enjoy it with the most breathtaking sight.
