Excelente alojamiento en Bariloche. El depto amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Tiene una ubicación excelente a poquitas cuadras del centro cívico. Gisela y Mariana nos acompañaron en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadia. Muchas gracias!
We've been here for four days. The good: the apartment is comfortable. The bad: the staff responds via WhatsApp but doesn't resolve anything. We asked for blankets on the first day, they said they were sending them, but they never arrived. The heated pool works, but the water isn't at a suitable temperature in winter. It's impossible to rest because of the noise; the acoustics of the apartments are terrible. You can hear everything that happens in the neighboring apartments. We complained several times because it's impossible to sleep, and it's the same all day, but they didn't offer a solution. I don't recommend it. We've been to Bariloche several times, and after this experience, we don't want to return. A disaster.
We stayed in the apartment at number 413. Everything was super clean and beautiful, fully equipped for cooking, with a TV, bathroom, and waterproof linens. A spectacular view and just a few blocks from the lake. We were able to enjoy the pool. The woman gave us all the directions and answered all our questions. We'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!
We booked one of the apartments. We were assigned one on the second floor, and it was super comfortable for a couple's short stay. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness was very good. The staff were very attentive.
Fiquei 3 dias no hotel e fiquei hospedado no apartamento EP04. Sinceramente, não recomendo. Para mim, pessoalmente, não foi um grande problema, mas como a viagem era com meus pais e eu gostaria de proporcionar uma experiência melhor para eles, acredito importante alertar. O principal ponto negativo é que o apartamento EP04 fica em um andar muito baixo, o que impossibilita ter vista para o rio a partir do quarto. Além disso, o ambiente não me pareceu muito bem conservado. Notei alguns desgastes nas paredes, na porta e em outros detalhes do acabamento, o que dá uma impressão de falta de manutenção. Outro ponto incômodo foi o barulho. Bem em frente ao quarto há um apartamento de jovens, e praticamente todas as madrugadas era possível ouvir gritos e conversas em tom alto, o que prejudicou bastante a tranquilidade da estadia. Por esses motivos, infelizmente, não recomendaria esse quarto específico.
