Stayed here for 2 nights in the panoramic room (31) in late March. The view is amazing, overseeing the lake and islands. Sunrise was particularly stunning. In terms of amenities, room is warm and cosy, with a jet tub and a fireplace - you can spend hours just enjoying the room. We had lunch at the restaurant and both the pumping soup and empanadas were very good. The pool area was very quiet, and we enjoyed the heated pool - beware the outside part is very deep. Also had a massage which was nice and relaxing after all the hiking.

The hotel was good, but upon check-in, I was asked to leave my card details as a guarantee, even though I'd pre-paid for the room through a booking service. After the trip, unauthorized charges began to appear on my credit card there while I already have leaved the city and for services I did not use there (e.g. buses, internet/phone, etc.). I had to block the card and request refunds. I sent the message to the hotel reception but they answered nothing, probably because the card details are stored on the reception as well, haha.
Beautiful hotel, all wood and stone and warm and comfortable. Reception area, Sara, Natalie, Maxi, EXCELLENT!! Restaurant, Bárbara and Pia, EXCELLENT! Great food, home-made. Room had warm amenities, bathroom with great shower, thick towels. Housekeeping staff very accommodating. We would stay here again and again and again.
This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location, right on the lake. It seems to be oriented as a winter place, for the ski season, though we visited in summer. There are fireplaces in the rooms but it was too warm for that. We enjoyed the hot tub in the room with a stunning view of the lake and mountains while sitting in the tub. It is also walking distance to several good restaurants. It is a short Uber ride to the main part of town. We also enjoyed the hotel’s restaurant, for all meals.
Ni del Cóndor was a great little stay. Our room had a fantastic view room 27. We had a small kitchen w a stove, mini fridge, and a lot of space. The view was breathtaking especially since it snowed the night we arrived. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good. This is advertised as a 4 star, however the service and attention to detail from the team was not 4 star. Our room overall was clean, but there was hair in the bathtub. It is about a 15-20 minute cab ride from the Bariloche city center and this is in slow season. The spa was nice and the heated pool was a nice touch. HOWEVER AVOID THE MASSAGES. Not worth it.
