Excellent stay at this hotel. Thanks to the team from the front desk at check-in all the way to check-out, everyone was super friendly! The pool is fantastic and the rooms are spot on for what you’re paying for, 100% quality. I’d just improve the breakfast variety. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Beautiful hotel, very large rooms, nicely decorated, heated flooring at the sink and in the bathroom too. Beautiful property and a wide range of rooms. I stayed at the standard room but was very surprised by everything offered. A definite recommendation.
Our experience at Design & Suites Hotel was amazing. Excellent service from start to finish and very friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of food and plenty of options. The room and bathroom were spacious and high quality, very comfortable. Dining areas are beautiful, and the view of the lake is absolutely stunning. A solid 10 out of 10 — it exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
Atop a hill ski beautiful view from the restaurant. Very nice setting. Tour companies will pickup here. Staff was very helpful, very good. Our room #1003 was in the first building behind. We did not have a view but we had an in suite jacuzzi. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed with toiletries, nice towels, bathrobes, fridge and a safe. King size bed was two twins together so my half was super comfy but I felt like his side was mushy and lumpy. Desk area but no chair; they quickly brought one up. Restaurant: Food was good; breakfast was basic. Indoor pool that also went outside! Separate saunas, small workout center. Location: it’s an uber to get to the town center, about 1.5 to 2 miles. WiFi: 3 out of 5 kept going in and out
In general, the hotel is old, but rooms have a good size. The mattress is old and we woke up with some stiffness. The view is great and the room is stylish, but I think overall not worth it given the comfort level being low. The pool and gym are a joke. Can't be relied on or even used. So that was a letdown. It's an alright place with a great view. Service is really good and they're all nice.
