The complex is very nice. The duplexes have a living room and kitchen upstairs, along with a private garage. There's also a small terrace with a grill. Downstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom. Everything is very nice and new, although it lacks a few details, such as improved ventilation (they have radiant floor heating running 365 days a year in case of very cold weather, which means you have to keep the air conditioning on constantly since some windows are like doors, and if you have small children, they might want to go outside). They could also increase the number of electrical outlets, as there aren't any on the bedside tables, only an extension cord for the lamp. The children's activities are a big plus. All the activities depart from Manzano, and there's no shuttle service. The start time coincides with the children's activities, so you have to be quite quick to get there. (Using the Manzano facilities is not allowed.) It's designed for those arriving by car. The view and comfort are major highlights, with a few points for improvement, but overall, it's very good.

O endereço disponível no site, Google e voucher disponibilizado pelo próprio hotel estavam errados. O atendimento dos funcionários também não foram muito receptivos. Não tem ar condicionado, apesar dos apartamentos serem ótimos. Viemos em outubro então faz calor durante o dia.

How stingy! They save on breakfast when the star player of the week isn't there, and they no longer offer transfers from the hotel to the airport and vice versa, nor do they offer the mountain to Manzano.

A secluded spot. Very peaceful. And with very friendly and professional service. Beautiful views and scenery. Peace, quiet, and silence. Excellent internet speed and service.
