Vincent was great tour guide. We tasted many things that we would not have discovered on our own or through the guide book. And he provided a lot of additional information and suggestions.

We planned the street food tour at 5 PM to help us stay awake on our arrival day in Barcelona and it did just that. We had Sofia as our tour guide and she did an exceptional job with our small group. We spent time in La Boqueria market and several shops around the area. I won’t spoil the menu. Sofia shared info on all the interesting spots we passed through such as the Gothic section and aligned the food tasting as if she were a chef. There is reasonable walking and the tasty treats are worth. There was enough food that my family called it a night.
Amazing guide Vincenzo knowledge of history and food was a great blend. Variety of foods great with a truly local flavour. Would certainly recommend. We went back the next day to the market for more paella!
Future travelers will be in for treat of local foods that are only are found in this region of Spain. Sophia, our guide expert, was a local to this region who knew the history of all the foods we tasted. She was very personable, funny, and professional. Best tour we have been on. bar none.
Got to taste several things, obviously. Would have preferred to have left out the history stops, as we did these with other tours. Wanted food only. Josie was a good & enthusiastic guide.
Been on many food tours and loved them but this was a waste of money. Learned more about the food culture on the free city tour than on this food tour. Only 5 in our group and she walked very quickly and spoke softly. Didn’t walk slow enough for one person using a walker. Only ate a few samples/all very similar and no discussion of the Spanish dining and food culture. Sophia is from Brazil so she has no background on this topic. Should not be doing this tour.
This walking food tour was delicious & informative. Our tour guide knew just where to take us but still modified our small group tour enough that we each got to go where we wanted. The food selection was perfect & the buying tips & suggestions were spot on. We had a fabulous time.
Sofia was an exceptional guide. Very knowledgeable with lots of historical facts and we saw many sights but she also pointed out many things we would have missed! Loved the variety of food and the fact we could shop as we went. Excellent tour and lovely guide.
A very enjoyable tour with our guide Vince who was knowledgeable, friendly and set a relaxed pace for everyone. And the food was delicious. I would recommend
We stopped at five different spots throughout the gothic area in the main market and through a few side streets including olives, paella, chocolate, patisserie, and smoked ham.Vincent gave us history about the food and the city along the walk and the entire tour took about two and a half hours
The Tasty Tour of Barcelona with Vincent was outstanding! While we had been in Barcelona for a couple days, Vincent provided us with valuable context and knowledge about the Barcelona cuisine, took us to fantastic stops and shared recommendations for specific meals (Tapas and Steak) that we were interested in. Vincent also educated us on the history of Barcelona during our tour. We left well fed and wiser! A truly enriching experience!
Loved this tour, very friendly guide who checked we were all following him (I was easily distracted by so many sights! Plus the yummy food items; these were of great variety and quality.
Vincens was a wonderful guide. He listened to our likes and dislikes and asked about our previous experiences in Barcelona. I would highly recommend him!
Sophia led us on a culinary tour of Barcelona's most exceptional neighborhood establishments. We savored both the savory and sweet flavors characteristic of the Catalan region. Her historical insights provided a valuable local context to our experience. I would recommend her tour to anyone that wants to explore the tastes and sights of Barcelona.
Super food tour with knowledgeable local guide! We learned more history and sampled great food along this tour! We highly recommend this experience!
The tour had plenty of tastings and the pace was reasonable. I would recommend it to others. The tour guide was super informative and very accommodating.
This was less about food and more about general knowledge and history of the area. We really enjoyed the extra information and the food we tried was excellent. We appreciated the comments about the food as well. We just were anticipating trying many different types of food.
Sophia was amazing and truly enjoyed the entire experience. She took us her favorite places for some delicious food.
We were on this foodtour led by Francisco, he was very nice and knew a lot about Barcelona and the food we were having. We stopped at local food stalls, bakeries and restaurants and got to try a lot of different food. Thank you very much for the great experience!
It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! What truly made the tour stand out was our incredible guide, who was able to tell us about the rich history of Barcelona while also giving us a wonderful tour of the local foods. We explored various landmarks throughout the city with frequent stops introducing us to local cuisines. From olives to tapas to jamon ibericos, every stop felt carefully chosen. Definitely recommend this tour for exploring the vibrant culinary and history scene!
Sophia was great and we all had a good time. We were never rushed and were encouraged to buy some new foods to try once she learned my family members are living here. Good pace for seeing and tasting everything, and Sophia paid extra attention to the one person who was on the tour alone. The only drawback was the confusion with where to meet. The address was too broad and using the Google maps directions took us several minutes in the wrong direction. A photo of the mosaic in the center of the Ramblas would have been helpful.
My husband and I went with Vincenzo on this fabulous food tour. The paella was the best I ever had and a yummy dessert called Crema Catalona. I have done several food tours in Europe and this one was definitely the best value for the money.
It was a great walk through Barcelona. We tried all the basics of Spain. Would have liked to try more savory items and maybe some more unique items instead of the standard olives, paella (although it was excellent), ham and cheese.
We spent a wonderful few hours with our guide Vincenzo. He was very knowledgeable and very attentive.
Overall, this experience was not worth it in the slightest. There were 11 of us on the tour, making the total amount brought in by the guide just under 500 euro. If I had to estimate, he probably spend about 100 of that on food, printing a nice little profit while providing some not-so-great food. Boqueria Market: tried some olives and paella (obviously vegetable paella because he wanted to get the cheapest possible) Apple Empanadas Iberico Ham Some mediocre vegetable medley on bread Creme Catalan (maybe the only part that was worth it)
Our tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable about local Cuisine. We sampled a wide range of different foods, and got a taste of Barcelona's markets too! The tour was a great value for what we got, and we both left feeling full! Would happily recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Barcelona!
The tour was very enjoyable. We were able to try a lot of different foods and learned a lot about the area. Highly recommend this tour.
Good way to see the city and try local authentic Spanish cuisine. Our guide pointed out several established restaurants and bakeries that we were able to go back to.
I must confess, I initially had reservations, unsure of what to expect from this tour. However, fast forward to the end, and I can't express how much I loved and enjoyed every moment. Booking this tour turned out to be the best decision; my hesitations were swiftly replaced with sheer delight and satisfaction. Bravo to an experience that exceeded all expectations! Bruno transformed our taste buds into flamenco dancers at this street food extravaganza! We Paella-trotted through all the classics, with a side of poplr (who needs vowels when the food is this tasty?). Each bite came with a sprinkle of cultural insights – I practically left fluent in the language of Spanish street cuisine. Value-wise, it's the real steal of Seville! Bruno, the friendliest food wizard in town, made sure everyone's street food preferences felt as welcome as a churro cart at a carnival. He snapped more pics than a tourist in a selfie craze and left us with souvenirs, turning us into walking, talking paella billboard enthusiasts. Gracias, Bruno, for turning street food into a flavor adventure with a side of laughs!
I would recommend that anyone visiting Barcelona should start with a tour from these folks. We had Bruno as our guide and he did a wonderful job of showing us and explaining the best of everything here so that we could enjoy our few days here and Barcelona thank you to Bruno.
The locations were great. Delicious and sufficient food. The tour guide was not very motivated; we had better and more interesting food tours in other cities. However, the food spots were really good and authentic. Especially the market and the tapas were very tasty to us.
Nice way to start the first day, nice walk through center with several stops with delicious food. Gidse was friendly and gave lots of interesting information. Also nice that it was his small group (6 men), so plenty of time to ask questions or take pictures, great!
Great, delicious and informative tour of Barcelona. La Bouqueria, old Barcelona, delicious paella, olives, cakes, bread, ham and cheese, just everything your heart desires and is typical of Spain.
Was very interesting and very delicious tapas, you should leave yourself enough space for dessert very delicious
