Sunset Catamaran Cruise In Barcelona

Easy on. Beautiful trip through the bay and out into the Mediterranean. Got to sit on the nets on the front and enjoy the waves. The DJ kept things light and hopping. Met some fun travelers. All in all great fun and great value.

Great experience, tour guide was very friendly & accomodating. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the tour.

On a whim, we decided to go on the DJ catamaran cruise to see the sunset. It was the perfect way to end the day. Not only was the harbor pretty, the sunset was amazing and the cruise was a lot of fun. We had some people in our group who like to dance so we had the top of the boat turned into a dance party and made some new friends along the way. Would highly recommend.

This was such and amazing experience. Watching the sunset and having a great DJ on board! Great Value for money. We got 1.5hrs tour instead of 1hr too!

The music was not live music so that is false advertising. They had a DJ playing music. It was also quite unorganized at the beginning. They didn’t have any signage to tell people they had to check in first (even if you already had a ticket). The entire line got turned away and sent to the ticket office to check in then had to go back to the line for the boat. Could have been better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were so excited to do this cruise, but it was a disaster. We showed up 20 minutes before departure only to be told the cruise was cancelled! The staff at the desk were slow and very rude, and couldn’t give us any explanation as to why it was cancelled. We never got any communication from the company about the cancellation, and the staff acted like we were at fault. They also acted like they couldn’t be bothered answering our questions. They also couldn’t answer any questions about getting a refund. Such a disappointment.

The snacks are pringles and drinks for purchase. The live music was a dj that played the same tune on loop for over an hour. However the sunset was beautiful, and the crew was very nice. We had a lot of fun.

Easy to book and check-in. The boat was clean and in great condition, plenty of seats at both levels. Good selection at the bar. I did spend the whole journey seasick, so can’t really say much more.

If you even think you might get sick, don’t go. It was very rocky and I was sick the whole time

We booked the Catamaran tour one day before the event. When we got there the woman told us to wait until 5 minutes before departure to enter the boat. Then 5 minutes before departure she told us the tour was cancelled and she couldnt give us our money back because we booked the tour through tripadvisor. I now tried to get my money back but tripadvisor says it'll take 1 week to even get an answer about my request...

This is a great cruise. My friends and I really enjoyed. the crew also make the tour great. This cruise is easy to locate. After the cruise you can walk over to the mall. There is a huge mall that is about a 5 min walk.

The catamaran was in good shape with plenty of seating. A bottle of wine was available for purchase for €20. The musician playing was excellent with everyday easy, listening songs. I did not like that the cruise was listed as a sunset cruise. We left at 4:30 PM and returned at 5:30 PM., before sunset. We sat in the upper level. The music was a little loud. It made it difficult to carry on a conversation. I did not, however, ask anybody to turn down the speakers though.

Went with my mum and we had a great experience. The live jazz music was so soothing so therapeutic, didn't know it was something we needed till we got there! The crew looked after us and it was so lovely to cruise the sea. Love it!

The cruise was amazing. We got to see so much of the coast line. But the music was too loud. I wish the music was in one part of the boat

Paulo performed live music in English and Spanish, and he sang really well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Stellar views of the city. Magnificent experience.

Luis was a wonderful guide and showed us all that Lisbon has to offer. We saw so many historic locations and Luis showed us some of his favorite local places. We had a fabulous time!

Very good experience well organized would definitely do it again. I booked this at least minute was not disappointed and the live music was good as well.

Great views, the live musician was a nice touch, and 1.5 hours is the perfect amount of time. Took our teenagers and they loved it!

Lovely sunset view but no live music as advertised. Quite disappointing as me and my friends were expecting a more lively atmosphere. There was no atmosphere at all.

Miserable weather and I suspect the driver (?) decided to call it quits with what a normal trip might be and pull back from pretty wild waves and rocking, moving closing behind harbour wall. Still a great wee experience and definitely value for money. Would do again and hope for sunnier/calmer weather

Due to traffic and the fact that there were so many sailing booths we were not able to locate the sailing company we booked on we just reached there on time exact on 5:15 and although the boat was still standing there the staff didn't not allow us to board the ship. There was no where written on the ticket u need to arrive 15 minutes early. But we weren't any minute late. The boat was just standing infront of us just 5 steps away. Horrible experience as we were so excited. He could have just let us in as the boat didn't sail. They are just hoarding money from tourist. Would not recommend this sailing company at all.

Horribly bumpy on the boat to the point that no one could relax. No live music. Very disappointing experience.

The evening I went out the weather wasn't great and the catamaran was really moving around a lot. People struggled to go and get drinks as they had to hold on to the rails to move around. We couldn't hear the live music from the upstairs deck. It was a relatively short cruise and the band had a long break which I felt wasn't necessary.

The great view's the music and the very entertaining bartender it was the best will definitely do it again

There is no live music on the cruise. They play a live performance on the speakers, but there are no musicians on board (at least none that are visible to us). False marketing, in my opinion. The cruise in it self is a nice experience tho, especially in the sunset. But don’t fall for the ”live music”-trick.

The ride is lovely and lively. I love the experience. I will definitely recommend this for other tourists.

We got the sunset cruise hoping for a romantic evening. Really underwhelming views of Barcelona once on the boat. It does quite a poor little lap to the side of the city and back only. The sunset was pretty but we just got the sunset over a trading port which detracted from the whole experience as there was a whole lot of nothing to look at. Not to mention the boat is overloaded with people and full of contiki goers so it is just loud which drowns out the musician. 2 stars is generous. Would not recommend

Not as pictured in advertisement. One person singing cover songs in English, which could not be heard from the the outside seating. Also boat went out and turned around then seemed to move really slowly back toward destination.

We enjoyed the cruise and the catamaran, especially sitting on the cargo nets watching the water underneath. It would have been better if some of the crew would have been explaining what we were seeing. Also €10 was a little excessive for the photo

Nice trip but not a guided tour or anything still nice. Bar on board, wrap up as gets chilly the further out you go. Unsure if was supposed to have live music but had music on a speaker.

An hours basis cruise. Pleasant enough but nothing special. Low back ground music. Crew were invisible no information during the cruise. Lasted an hour fair value for money, Small bar on board

Good boat ride. However wish they had not stopped the music playing over the speakers. Made for a boring voyage.

It was nice delivered as promised. Beautiful views and just the right length. Would have been nice to have an understanding of what we were looking at but that was not what they said it would be.

I really enjoyed this catamaran cruise in Barcelona! We went together with some work colleagues as a team building activity, to do something different, and it was great. The views of Barcelona from the sea during sunset are lovely! Really recommend it!

The description of this cruise was written similar as 2 other cruises on Viator. Those cruises had live music and a cocktail bar, so it leaves you to think this experience is very similar. But nothing could be further from the truth unfortunately. It was just an ordinary ferry boat and you get 1 free drink which was just a soda or a beer in a can. It wasn’t the special experience that I expected or that they make it sounds as. The “chill music” they’re speaking of is just some quiet music on the speakers in the background. I booked this because my aunt was into town and I wanted to do something special with her, so for me it was a let down.

We bought tickets for six ahead of time. They said the maximum number on the boat was 80. It looked like double that! They didn’t let us on! They said one boat needed maintenance so they were full. No text or email was sent. We traveled by taxi there to be turned away. Poor way to do business.

The trip was punctual, it is highly recommended to do it at sunset, you can take beautiful photos. The trip was scheduled for 1 hour but we were there for 1.5 so it was worth it

We went exclusively with this service because it promised live music and there wasn't any, though there was reggaeton playing non-stop the whole trip. The drink from the bar, expensive and bad. I give two stars because the view of Barcelona from the sea was good.
