Be sure to find the correct park. There are 2 park areas. One on the north side which is correct. One on the south side which is not Guide Nel outstanding

The tour was well worth the price. Skip the lune was fast and efficient. Mist importantly, Montse the guide was fantastic. She was super knowledgeable. Her narrative and explanations were clear and easy to understand. She pointed out things that we otherwise would have missed had we done the tour on our own. We spent 90 minutes with the tour inside the Sagrada Familia and Montse managed to show us all the highlights and showed us all the additional points of interests that we should explore inside the cathedral afterwards.

That it will be busy, and slightly fast paced. Also check with your good will making all the stops on your itinerary. My package included the crypt, but we didn't visit it

To be honest no words can fully capture a visit to the Sagrada Família. From its exterior to the interior we were in complete awe. Gaudi was an absolute genius and it was memorizing to see and hear about his work through a guided tour. We will book this tour again and again.

Eva was excellent. She was highly attentive, very organised but most importantly she was very knowledgeable about Gaudi and the Familia Sagrada. Her ability to articulate the meaning behind the designs made the visit so much more meaningful. Highly recommended!

This tour through Crown tours was very expensive and I can’t say I saw a difference between my tour and that of others who likely paid less. It was nice to get communication from the company up till tour time. Our guide Eva was excellent!

Our tour guide was fully knowledgeable and passionate about Gaudi and his work. His understanding of how Guadii's mind work and how he can correlate to the building of the church was mind blowing.

It felt like it took a long time to get into the building, and we spent almost as much time outside as inside, but it was so informative and personalized. Our guide, Albert, was able to answer questions and had some great tips to get the most out of our time there.

Yassir was an absolute awesome guide!!! This was our second tour within a six week span, because we wanted to bring my mother this time and he did a great job. Although both tours were great, I did learn more. I give it a ten!!!

That we were charged an exorbitant amount for the tickets when the cost should have been $85. When we found out the difference, no one has been willing to help us.

José was an excellent — friendly and knowledgeable guide to Antoni Gaudi’s masterpiece — The Sagrada Famalia. We have reason to be fair judges as this was our fifth visit to this magnificent church over the span of 51 years! When we were first here in 1975, only four towers were completed and the church had no roof. It has been the gift of a lifetime to watch it grow into what is today not only the world’s tallest church, but what in our opinion is the world’s most unique and beautiful church. If you travel to Barcelona and have never visited this Basilica, it is an experience you will never regret — and never forget!

Our Sagrada Família tour was absolutely wonderful! We booked through Viator, and the tour was provided by Crown Tours. The last time I visited Barcelona, I only saw the outside of the basilica. This time, I had the opportunity to experience the inside, and I truly believe it is a must-do for anyone visiting. Our guide, Albert, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history and story of this magnificent basilica to life. His insight made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Albert as your guide, to anyone visiting the Sagrada Família!

Vitaly is awesome and knowledgeable (one of the questions was about the kind of stone used, and Vitaly pointed at different stones and explained where they came from!). Everything he talked about was interesting and relevant with a few personal photos and stories of him observing the construction progress. Vitaly gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and extra time at the end to chat more. Although the tour cost was on the expensive side, the tour guide, the small group size, and the whole experience were worth it and became the most memorable part of our vacation. Visiting at 6pm turned out to be a good choice: low sun created beautiful lighting inside. We experienced none of the issues I was worried about after reading other reviews for various Sagrada Familia tours. Of course, one has to arrive on time. Our tour started promptly at the scheduled time. The communication from Crown Tours was great, instructions about the meeting place were clear, and it was very easy to find the meeting place. Apparently, one person from Crown Tours gathers groups and then hands them off to the tour guides. The listening devices were all working well, the sound was clear, no one seemed to have any problems hearing and understanding Vitaly as long as they were within 10-12 meters range. Going through the security was efficient, it took, perhaps, 5-7 minutes to get our group of 15 through. There were many people inside, but not to the point where Vitaly couldn't easily (at least he made it seem easy) find a spot for our group to stop, look around, and listen to him. We could stay inside once the tour was over and explore more, including the lower level exhibits, where the tour does not go. No issues, great guide, great tour!

Great tour of the cathedral’s ‘greatest hits’. This is a great ~75 minute tour that goes around the outside facades, the main cathedral, and the underground museum. It skipped going up to the towers. Very much enjoyed the tour.

Our tour guide was Vitaly and the tour was great. We really appreciated his knowledge of and enthusiasm for Gaudi and the Sagrada Família. Just the right length and level of detail. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. They were 30 minutes late but it was worth the time. I booked and afternoons tour to see the lights inside the sagrada familia and it was breathtaking. The tour guide was knowledgeable.

Worth every penny. José was awesome. More than a tour guide - a passionate expert and new friend who knew exactly how to bring our group together and provide the best view of Gaudi and his successors’ work, as well as the context of the Sagrada Família today. He knew the answers to even the most specific of questions, and encouraged us to spend time really ‘feeling’ each part of the basilica - as well as where to take good photos. Small group was perfect, and details like meeting point, text communication, and even the radios and new headphones were thoughtful and special. 10/10 would do this tour again, and recommend to friends.
