Maria was wonderful. Even though it was raining she really did her best to explain to us within her limits and somehow got us in through security well before people who were waiting much longer than us.

What we could hear from Olga was very informative, but we missed so much because there were so many people around us and her voice isn’t that loud. We ended up taking a second tour with a company that used headsets and that was much better

The price was quite high compared with the actual price through the Sagrada Família site though the guide was very informative and gave more insight into the reasons why the building was built the way it is I would recommend the tour

Ana was a wonderful guide of sagrada. She was very knowledgeable and explained the history well. It was pouring out so we couldn’t spend any time outside but she brought pictures to show us and spoke to us inside to keep everyone dry. Easy meet up and would recommend.

Great guide. I found that I was on my feet longer than I expected and looking up made my balance less than it should've been. I don't know of any place more beautiful and intriguing than the Sagrada Familia.

I prefer a smaller group tour. Our guide, Christel, was excellent. Unlike some other English speaking tour guides, I understood everything she said. She is very knowledgeable about Sagrada Familia. The cathedral is magnificent, a beautiful work of art and creativity and very worthwhile seeing no matter what religion you are.

Amanda speaks English very well. Her knowledge of the temple was great. She was able to answer questions as well as steer us around group tours. As a customer who booked a private tour, that was invaluable. This was our second visit to the site and I’m sure we retained much more. It was nice to see the final spire in place.

Cristina is an amazing guide, her blue eyes sparkle as she expertly describes the Sagrada Familia!! I loved it all! I went on a cloudy, breezy August evening which was blessedly cooler outside!! But the inside was quite miserabley hot 🥵 & humid! Definitely worth it though!! It wasn't too crowded 👍. I loved every minute.

It was a wonderful tour. Christel was our guide, and she explained everything so well. She was incredibly knowledgeable and just a lovely person overall. She encouraged questions, stayed interactive with the group, and made the experience feel personal and engaging.I had visited before without a tour, and the difference was huge — the guided experience is absolutely worth it. It did not include the Tower but she informed us how to get access to the tour for 10€. We went in the afternoon which was perfect for the lighting of the stained glass windows. There is a security check point Make sure not to bring a pocket knife (like my father 😳) but they will let you past security you just have to leave it with them in a taged bag to pick up upon leaving at Access Point A.

Right on time, very nice and friendly we loved it. She was very detailed on the history of the church.

Amanda made this tour. We had a tough setup — it was 100 degrees, the basilica isn’t exactly well air conditioned, my dad has some mobility issues, and our three kids (8, 5, and 3) were not having their best morning. She never rushed us once. She adjusted the pace so my dad was comfortable, kept the kids engaged when they were fading, and still made sure we actually understood what we were looking at instead of just shuffling through. Sagrada Família is incredible but it’s the kind of place where you’d miss half of it without a good guide. It’s not the cheapest tour, but it’s worth it. If you get Amanda, you’re in great hands.

There were no headphones. It was very inconvenient, you had to listen to the text and it was impossible to leave nearby

Olga was a fantastic tour guide. The meeting point was easy to find and walk to the Sagrada Família. Be prepared to be amazed there! This tour was easy to book on short notice, it’s very hard to get same day tickets to the Sagrada Família. The only thing I wish we had were the FM systems to listen to our tour guide as it was difficult in some areas due to the volume of people.

We had an incredible experience visiting the Segrada Família with Pipo. He was very professional with our group and you could tell he was very passionate about the Basilica. He knew absolutely everything!! You couldn’t ask for a better guide, thank you Pipo.

Other than canceling and rescheduling our original booking, which caused a significant disruption to our itinerary, this tour was excellent. Sergio was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He guided us through all the key history of the basilica at a comfortable place, allowed time for solitary reflection and welcomed all questions.

This is marketed as a small group tour with up to 15 people. There were 23 people in our group and the guide said there were no shows. The tour guide was excellent and is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide was so lovely and informative. I feel like we learned so much about the space and the story behind the decisions that led to what the basilica is today. Insider tip - going at sunrise or sunset you’ll get the best light through the stained glass. We did 5:30pm and it did not disappoint!

Olga was amazing. She did a wonderful job and it was really raining. She managed to work around the rain keeping us out of the rain as much as possible while giving indepth and fantastic details about the location. Could never have gotten this much on our own nor in a group

Our tour was canceled by the operator last minute; and when I phoned to ask why, the operator hung up multiple times. The only somewhat positive part of the experience was a promise of full refund.

Do not book with ICONO Barcelona Tours! I reserved a private tour of La Sagrada Família with a Spanish guide a month in advance, but received a cancellation message just 1 hour before the entrance time. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, unorganized and unethical of them to oversell tickets and cancel just moments before. Buy directly through the Sagrada Família site!!

Cristina , our guide shared a lot of information just good enough for us to enjoy and appreciate the designs. She shared The stories behind which are must-to-know or the visitors would be lost. This tour is recommended.

This was honestly such an amazing experience. Our tour guide Sofia, was extremely knowledgeable and impressive. She guided thru all the fine details and truly made this the highlight of our trip. We did the private tour that can be up to 12 people but it was just our group. It’s was a little expensive but worth every cent !! The tours lasted a hour and 20 minutes. Im not a very religious person myself but seeing all the progress and to be able to appreciate how long it’s taken. It was a calm, moving experience we will cherish forever. Sofia thank you soo much. We will be back again just because of you.
