Sagrada Familia Tour With Express Entry And Local Guide

Our guide was good, but we were supposed to get a 2 hour tour. Our tour was not even an hour and we had 40 people in our group. To me very overpriced.

Purchased English tour and even paperwork that stated English tour and refused to provide a switch to English. Complete fiasco that was unnecessary had they had extra headseats or could change channel to a different one. Stuck in church where without a physical ticket could not even use QR codes to interpret historical signifance or details. Complete disaster they were aware of, did not fix and knowingly led us into.

We had a wonderful experience with the tour we participated in with The Touring Pandas. Our guide did a spectacular job of walking us through this amazing building including the background, details, and history. An exceptional experience and an excellent guide. Thank you!

On a positive note, the meeting point/tour company office was right by Sagrada Familia and relatively easy to find. We DID get to enter Sagrada Familia and received the most basic information. Do NOT waste $200+ on this tour. From the start, the experience was weird. The meetup was in a tiny glass box of an office next to a very popular meeting point of another tour company. We checked in and waited just outside as it was full. Finally, people emerged and started off, so we assumed this was our group—no intro or anything, didn’t even get a name of the guide. The guide must be getting paid very little because he had no personality whatsoever and acted like he was doing us a favor by leading us into the Cathedral. Again, very basic info, while other guides around us were passionately explaining the history and myths. Had been to SG 25 years prior and went up the spires through the spiral staircases to see close ups of the spire tops. You will not get this from this tour. You will get an explanation of the statues on both sides of the main spire and be pointed to the free museum (which had more info, though hard to follow sequentially) and the exit. I‘ve traveled all over the world and can honestly say this was the most disappointing tour I‘ve joined. Pay more for a better tour. Will not use Panda again.

Outstanding tour. Tickets for admission to Sagrada Familia were sold out on the only day we had available to go there. We looked on line for group tour availability and found 2 places open with The Touring Pandas. Well worth the additional cost. Our guide Pipo was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to my husband who has been experiencing mobility issues lately. The basilica is beautiful, outside and inside. He shared with our small group detailed information on the history and design. He positioned our group in the best places possible among other groups and people to see this stunning structure. Highly recommend this tour and company. Thank you Pipo!

It was a good experience, our guide was very knowledgeable but it was quite a short tour for the money, it was less than an hour including walking there and getting inside.

The tour was great. Raul was funny and informative. You could go in by yourself and see the whole thing but it’s nice to know what you’re looking at . Also there was no waiting on line.

Fantastic tour, very detailed. Lots of information, was in awe seeing and learning about the story of Sagrada Familia abd Gaudi. So majestic and grand.

We paid 237 Euros for two persons for a guided tour to Sagrada Familia. We bought the tickets online via Tiquets. We were informed that the group would be small (maximum 9 people) and the tour would last for two hours. In reality the tour lasted for 50 minutes and more than 17 people were in the group. The venue is amazing.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I think his name was Jaume in Catalan, but not sure of the spelling (he said it was the equivalent of James in English)

I had an unforgettable experience with The Touring Pandas for my Sagrada Familia Express Entry tour on October 5, 2025 (2:00–3:00 PM). Everything was seamless and professional — no wait at all! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and revealed details I never would have noticed on my own. From the turtle and tortoise sculptures at the entrance — one representing the sea side and the other the mountain side — to the subtle Asian influences in the faces of the sculptures, every element has meaning. I was amazed to learn that even the numbers carved into the Passion façade add up to 33, symbolizing the age of Jesus at his death. Did you know the blue stain glass windows face the east, and the red stain glass windows face the west, amplifying the rays of the sun in the cathedral during sun rise and sun set? What made the day even more miraculous was how I got the ticket — thanks to Marc, the tall guy at the InterContinental Concierge, who somehow secured it when the usual wait is at least two weeks. He even joked I should buy a lottery ticket! Truly an enlightening and unforgettable visit — I highly recommend both The Touring Pandas and Marc at the InterContinental for making it happen.

Paid 69 euros each for tour of Sagrada Familia church. We booked through the hotel we were staying in, and it was for the same day. I know it's cheaper to buy tickets online, but there was none available for a few days. You go to their office near the church ten minutes before tour. There were 13 people on our tour. The man who took us on the tour was friendly enough and knowledgeable. We found it hard to understand him at times. He did answer any questions. It was great we didn't have to queue and overall we really enjoyed seeing this wonderful church.

Yassir was a very well informed guide. He was really into the Gaudi knowledge. As a nerd I couldn't wish a better guide! I really enjoyed it and recommend it. I did the English tour.

I would rate this higher if I could. Our tour guide was the best person we could’ve got. She was knowledgeable, funny, kind and made the experience so easy and lovely. Plus she was an excellent picture taker and knew the best spots and obscure facts! 1000/10 recommend her.

Lovely tour, very to the point! Stops at only the necessary spots, gives you the rundown then you can continue your tour through Segrada Familia or go into the museum and shops. EXCELLENT tour for anyone wanting to see something on a tight time budget!

Great tour with Marcel our guide, very knowledgeable about the church and explained all the facades and features of the church, past and present and when it will hopefully all be finished, had time to look around and take lots of photos. Would definitely recommend.

We visited La Sagrada Familia in January 2025 and our guide, Adrian, from The Touring Pandas, was welcoming and friendly. Adrian gave us many fascinating commentaries on La Sagrada Familia, including Antoni Gaudi's intentions for the design and the way that he overcame problems when building the cathedral. Adrian helped me to notice details in the designs on the cathedral that had not been obvious to me, such as the fruit designs on the external cathedral walls and the many bas relief images of religious figures. The interior was wonderfully peaceful and the light from the stained glass windows was spectacular. Adrian was an excellent and friendly guide and made our visit to La Sagrada Familia memorable. I would be glad to do this tour again. Thank you, Adrian, and The Touring Pandas, for a superb tour.

I had the worse tour guide ever! Started tour by asking ALL tour members, 20+ where they were from and continued to give his opinion of each city mentioned. Who cares if he has been there or what he thinks. I paid to learn about Sagrada Familia not him. His flamboyant and silly style distracted from the information he was giving. The SF was beautiful inside and it spoke for itself. I will not take a tour again with this company. The Sagrada FamiliaTour.

Seeing the Sagrada Familia was amazing and I'm glad we had the opportunity. However, the listening devices were difficult to wear/use. It attached around our ear. As part of our tour we were taken to a souvenir shop outside the Basilica.

We had the absolutely best esperience with Miguel, our guide. He was brilliant and the tour was really enjoyable from beginning till end! Highly reccomended!

Raul from the Touring Panda Company was the best tour guide ever. He unpacked so many wonderful details about the beautiful Sagrada Familia basilica and was really very engaging. He made every person in the party feel special and welcome. I would highly recommend using Raul from the Touring Panda Company if ever you're in Barcelona. And the basilica is absolutely breathtaking with such a fascinating story. Imagine a church, not yet fully built, but being restored at the same time. I've got lots of reading and research ahead of me because my interest has really been piqued by this fascinating landmark. Can't wait!

First off our tour guide was great. I was a solo traveler and he was able to capture a video and photos for me. Awesome. He was very experienced in what he was talking about and in picture taking as well. I learned at lot from this tour and the whole experience was breathtaking.

Tour was good and informative. It was a very large group and covered the basics of the Sagrada. It was good to go in the late afternoon as the light coming in from the west side stain glass windows as beautiful.

We had the best tour guide in Oliver!!! His knowledge of the area, neighborhood, and the Basilica of Sagrada Familia was incredible. His enthusiasm to share this made this tour the best in our time in Barcelona. Please thank him for us again in making our experience at Sagrada Familia one we will never forget!!!

The tour would have been amazing had I been able to find my tour group. I spent 2hrs trying to sort out the ticketing mess by which time I was done and headed back home. The helpful staff at Sagrada told me my ticket was invalid and to contact the tour company. The GetYourTickets blamed The Touring Pandas saying the tour guide had my ticket. The Pandas blamed GYG and so round the merry-go-round we went. Never again. Would not recommend.

The tour was very informative. Paula is an excellent guide. She was very witty and smart and really made the tour memorable.

We selected this tour as we waited to get Sagrada Familia tickets through the proper website and this tour company had the last tickets available on the day we needed and they charge a premium because they had the last tickets. They send you an email on where to meet the guide and the spot is very difficult to find almost 1 mile away from so many other meeting spots available near the church. When you arrive the guide does not have anything with their logo forcing you to run around asking everyone until you find their freelance guide it is a absolute mess and beyond stressful. This was the only issue we had on our trip and used hop on off bus that is so organized. Beware of flying panda!!!

The most memorable part of this excursion was seeing the church up close for the first time. The total awe of the artist. The sculpting was magnificent. Gaudi is a true artist. Recommend everyone to go see this church if in Barcelona. The guide we had was Ardí. Excellent tour guide. I give him a 10 out of 10.

Tour was good with some information about the architects of the time and Gaudi himself. The operators changed our booking to suit our needs and in our language which was a definite plus. None of the tour guides were wearing their blue hat for identification but we found them in the end. I feel like I could of skipped the passing knowledge that Fernando shared and just entered the Sagrada earlier. This experience was amazing and is a must see. Once inside, you have the app that guides your points of reference.

Our chinese guide Kang was fantastic. Very friendly, passionate and approachable. His explanation was clear and thorough… almost like story telling… we really enjoyed our trip with him.

Alex was our tour guide and she was really great. She knew the history of the places we visited and shared lots of facts and some funny stories to make our visit special. We really enjoyed learning about Antoni Gaudi and his amazing architecture and mosaic artistry. Thanks Alex for the great adventure!

Day ticket purchase can not choose children's tickets, but the guide also strives to help us to get the children's tickets, the final family size can be improved, thank you for helping!

Solo mom I followed with my 9 year old son a visit in English on August 28 with the Guide Barnade which is excellent. It explains very well because it is within reach of all ears. I recommend panda tours more at first I feared the visit at 5 pm but actually it's great to do this at the end of the day.just one note: the office should be easier to find I recommend a bright sign outside on the sidewalk! Muss man gesehen haben, wenn man in Barcelona war. Besonders beeindruckend, wenn die Sonne scheint! Teuer, aber man trägt mit dem Betrag zum Aufbau der Kirche bei.
