Avoid them! Zero flexibility and helpfulness! I booked a Sagrada Família tour with them through a third party for over €90. Unfortunately, my taxi was 8 minutes late, but the Amigo Tours guide left immediately and refused to help us in any way afterward. We called them to ask if they could at least let us into the basilica—I didn't even care about missing the guided tour, I just wanted to go inside—but they were completely unhelpful. We asked to be added to another group or rescheduled for the next day, but they refused every option. No compensation or alternative solutions were offered. Between the tour ticket and the round-trip taxi, over €130 went straight into the trash because of their total lack of flexibility. I do not recommend Amigo Tours to anyone!

This was a good tour to get the basic understanding of the history. The organization at the beginning is a little chaotic because they are trying to get as many people through this as possible but once you get going it all works out. Our tour guide was very informative but he spoke quickly, so at times it was hard to understand him. Biggest takeaway… IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOU WEAR. We went to our hotel beforehand to change into pants and modest clothing due to the restrictions online. People were in short shorts, tank tops, spaghetti straps, clubbing clothes. It really did not matter. Maybe it changed from day to day but when we went nobody seemed to care. The tour is good because you get into the basilica then you can go back and look at things after the tour. Overall, good basic tour of the Basilica.
A private tour of Sagrada Familia is well-worth the investment. The opportunity to interact with your guide, explore your questions in depth, and pace the visit to your interests truly enhances the experience. Our guide, Cristina, was absolutely delightful and an had an astounding fund of knowledge and insights. Don’t miss this!
Our guide was well prepared, accommodated my slow gait, had an excellent binder of related photos that was very informative. We also found the guide to be a friendly and funny person.
Alex our tour guide was outstanding! He was extremely knowable and presented all the history and stories in an interested and unbiased fashion. The experience was truly enhanced by Alex.
Carles was an exceptional guide. Experienced, very personable, and knowledgeable. He met us on time at the appointed spot, and gave us a thorough tour for the whole scheduled time. His English was excellent.
Irena our guide was wonderful- perfect private guide and enjoyed the entire experience- morning tour was perfect 👍
My family and I had a great tour with Silvia who was very knowledgeable, passionate and took the time to explain the history of all the different areas in the Basilica. Thank you.
Magnificent structure with fascinating history. Guide was nice but failed to make effort to create memorable experience.
Cassandra was so nice knowledgeable and can explain everything and so easy to understand.Enjoyed our Sagrada tour so much. It’s a must to see Sagrada even if you’re not into religion, Thanks again Cassandra
We arrived EXACTLY at 5:59. Tour started at 6. Would we have liked to have been there sooner? Sure. But the fact of the matter is we were still there in time. The guide had already left, we tracked another one down and he refused to help us, said it was too late and was incredibly rude. My advice: DO NOT USE THIS TOUR GROUP!
Clara's guided tour was excellent. She gave us an overview of the Cathedral and took us to the most important and beautiful places. I highly recommend it!
Lovely, informative visit. Clara managed the large group very well, her English is excellent and her knowledge is extensive. She conveys a lot of information in a light, sometimes humerous fashion, engaging her audience. We certainly learned a lot!
Did an organised tour with our guide, Olga. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about presenting the best of this awesome place. I did not know much about the architect, Antoni Gaudi, but after this experience I now fully appreciate his works. The amazing way in which the stained glass windows reflect a mixture of colours inside the cathedral has to be seen to be appreciated. Normally I am sceptical about guided tours but I can wholly recommend this place and if you are lucky enough to have Olga as your guide, then it will be an enlightened experience!
Its breathtaking & one of the most amazing things I have ever seen - it's just a shame I wont get to see it finished
The Cathedral of La Sagrada Familia Is an amazing feat of architecture and art. Our guide Aleix was extremely well-versed in Modernism, the work of Gaudi and specifically his life's work at this site.
Our guide, Aleix, was the absolute best guide we’ve ever had for anything! Almost three hours of history, personal background and anecdotes on Gaudi’s life and work was only a start. Aleix’s explanations of the architectural design, physics, color diffusion, biblical references and planning that were incorporated into the building of Sagrada Familia amounted to no less than a 3 credit course in less than three hours! The best choice we have made on this (and possibly any) trip we’ve made. There were four of us in the group, and he answered every question each of us had in the clearest way—even the intricate materials questions.

Had to give it a rating to provide comments. We missed this tour because Air France made flight changes that ultimately got us to the Cathedral at 5:30 PM for our timed 4 PM tour. I wanted to give the tour guide and Amigo tours a shout out because she tried to contact us twice on our home phone not there, and once on our cell on Airplane Mode. Thanks for the dedication to service.

We booked the visit with Civitatis and Amigo Tours was the operator in charge. It was on June 8, 2026. 2 days before, Amigo Tours sent us a WhatsApp saying that due to "logistical problems they would not be able to operate the tour" (their exact words). Translation: Pope Leo XIV was in Barcelona to bless the tower of Jesus Christ and there was a lot of demand to visit the Sagrada Familia. So, Amigo Tours tried to cancel our reservation from Civitatis (because it took up their capacity) to resell it at a much higher price than what Civitatis was paying them... In fact, we had bought the ticket on the official website 2 months in advance and, without giving us any options, they refunded our money and canceled our visit. Conclusion: I found it unprofessional and not serious on the part of Amigo Tours. I felt that they wanted to take advantage of me. The tour was guided by Marta. She was kind and helpful, but I was left wanting more. We completed our visit with information from ChatGPT. Advice: do not pay a fortune by booking the tour through a reseller like a travel agency or app. If you can, buy it on the official website with an audio guide; I don't think there is much difference in terms of the context of the information. You will do it at your own pace and you will save A LOT of money.
I arrived on time, but was in the wrong meeting place, and no one returned or looked for me, I was sending a message and nothing to return, the chat app itself for conversation the answer comes after 3 hours...suming I paid and not even access to the tickets I had already paid
Our guide Paula was excellent. You explained every detail in a very interesting way. I highly recommend the visit with Paula.
The tour guide Sarah brought us very close to the Sagrada Familia in an hour and a half with her warm nature and profound knowledge. She also knew a lot about Antonio Gaudí and the history of Barcelona. We enjoyed the private tour and recommend it at any time. A great experience. Thank you Sarah.
Excellent experience of a place inspired by Nature and love of God of Gaudí, you can see the story of salvation.
El recorrido es de una hora, solo que es el interior del templo te explican las dos fachadas y poco más
The most beautiful church I've ever seen. This cathedral is still under construction and will be finished in 2026 its beauty is unique; the facade of the entrances is characterized by Gaudi's classic style, jagged and seemingly random, but the interior is truly a blaze of harmony with very open and warm lights and spaces and with a smooth structure that rises upwards. Mandatory reservation is made online skip a line, but when you arrive be careful to put in the queue of those who already have the ticket. Arrive at least three quarters of an hour before and if you want to climb the tower (not indispensable but always interesting) the ticket is to be done separately ask inside. Also take the audio guide that will help you better understand what you observe. Note also if the audio guide will recommend it, I do not recommend Gaudi's house. There is nothing special and if you want the outdoor gardens are visible and walkable without charge.
We hired more than a month in advance the Service offered by this Enterprise on Despegar.com that is listed as TICKETS AND JUMP THE LINE but are not really!! A day earlier they sent us an email advising us that the activity consisted of a guided tour. Upon arrival at the meeting point at the indicated time, no person from the company was present. We waited for more than half an hour, always asking the security staff of Sagrada Familia for admission and calling the phone they leave as contact and never answered us. It was not until a staff member left the place that we were informed that the guide had entered BEFORE the agreed time with another group of people!! A SHAME! I asked the guide, who was on the other side of an access door, to come out and explain and he refused. The same people in Holy Family told us they didn't want to show their face. We were several people in the same situation. I turned to local customer service and when they kindly offered to help me by calling the Enterprise they were told it was our fault for not showing up and they would not take care of our claim. I will demand by all necessary means the return of the money and make the corresponding complaint in defense of the consumer, of which the same police personnel of Sagrada Familia informed me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. It's a lack of respect for the customer the way they handle themselves.
