Viator gave us clear instructions as to how to meet up for the tour. They also sent e-mail reminders. Our guide was brilliant. Very detailed information about the Sagrada Família. Ear pieces meant we could hear his every word at all times. Can highly recommend.

We met a short distance from the Cathedral to register with the Guide who was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the history of Gaudi and the Cathedral. The guide explained the external intricate stone carvings and how much detail and thought had gone into producing such a Masterpiece. We proceeded inside and were amazed by the spectacular design and lighting flooding in through the different coloured glass, reflecting off the stone. The Altar with Jesus raised above surrounded by lights reminded us that Jesus is the Light as our Guide explained to us. A magical and unforgettable experience!

Our guide, Ron, was brilliant. He told us the basics but also filled in with stories and extra interesting information. He helped to make the trip even more worthwhile. The group was not too large. It was a very memorable visit to an awe inspiring place. Thank you.

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the building and it's designers in multiple languages. We were able to enter quickly and never felt rushed. Easy to locate meeting place. Great for shore excursion for my party of 10. My only recommendation would be to beware of pickpockets in the area of the church. We found a wallet thrown in the bushes when we got off the bus and turned in to nearby police.

Sergio was fantastic: adaptable, adjustable, knowledgeable, considerate. La Sagrada Família is an experience in itself but with a guide like Sergio, it's even more meaningful.

This tour was perfect for what we wanted. About an hour and a half, then we walked around on our own for a bit. Javi, our tour guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and attentive. A little expensive but maybe because we signed up at the last minute.

Javier was knowledgeable, funny and kind. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the event. The meeting spot was easy to find and our host was on time and friendly. Hearing background and insight about the designers and purpose of the artwork brought the cathedral to life in a tangible and meaningful way. I highly recommend this event as a special way to experience one of Spain’s finest attractions!

This was an excellent tour and our guide was really knowledgeable and his English was excellent. Both the Sagradar Familia and Barcelona are great places to visit. It was easy to book and well worth the money. No waiting around in a queue.

Our guide was engaging, passionate, relatable, witty and showed he cared from the beginning - e.g. taking a moment to pause at the beginning to remind us of pickpockets and enjoy the view but be wary of surroundings. He was a great storyteller of the history and conception of the building including details that weren't in the museum below (also highly recommended). He also made sure to ask us if we had any questions at several spots throughout the tour. While our group had probably more than ten people, it still felt personal with the use of the headset and earbuds and he would also engage with each person individually. Entering the building was a smooth process with the guide. Overall, we felt lucky that the regular tickets sold out as it led us to this lovely tour experience :)

So glad I got a tour guide as he was very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t have learned all the things I did just walking around on my own.

Rod was a nice guy and great personality. My main issue was that were tacked onto a group who were doing an all day tour which normally wouldn’t bother me, the issue was as the all day tour obviously had more stops through the day. The tour felt a bit rushed and think there was a lot more history, info and highlights that could have been shared. The tour itself was only 45mins-hour and I would expected it to be longer.

Absolute scam. Guide had no record of us and Viator - who we had to call while the tour group waited - claimed tickets had been cancelled due to weather even though tours were going ahead and the weather was fine. The app showed no cancellation and Viator sent an email after we called claiming it was cancelled. We will be seeking compensation for expenses and having wasted half a day with no opportunity to rebook or take the tour we were expecting.

Great experience! Sergio was very well versed in his knowledge about La Sagrada Familia, its history, and also of Gaudi. The structure itself, both inside and outside, is a magnificent. It was also nice to be able to stay afterwards and walk around at your own pace.

God truly flowed through him in grace to share Jesus’s life through such a humble man

This place is wonderful but expensive if you don’t get a good priced ticket. Our tour guide Rod was very knowledgeable about Gaudi and the construction of this basilica. He also spoke with first hand knowledge about what the current architects were striving to achieve in order to fulfil Gaudi’s dream. After the tour you can spend as much time as you like wondering around at leisure. Top tip book a late tour so you are there for the “golden hour” without paying golden hour prices.

We choose the half tour so basically Sagrada Familia and you skip the line , our tour guide Rodrigo was really good. Very good story teller and explain everything very easy to understand. We really enjoy this tour ,short but you learn everything you need to know
