Xtell did a great job as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting. She easily transitioned back and forth between English and Spanish to provide the same information to both groups of language speakers.
This was an amazing experience- our guide’s name was Txrell, who made sure our tour was informative, fun, and full of the best views. She provided so much insight on Sagrada Família, and we left wishing we could have had more tours with her! The whole process for booking and meeting up was easy, we were able to understand Txrell clearly (she spoke bilingual and was super efficient about it), and we learned some off hand tidbits she personally knew about the space. Cannot recommend her and this group enough!!

The tour was very nice, the guide, Adrià, was wonderful. However I found it quite overpriced for one hour tour, compared to the entry price without tour.

Txell was our guide. She seemed knowledgeable but the tour was given in both Spanish and English at the same time and her voice was so monotone that made it difficult to focus on the history. Wouldn’t repeat.

Our tour guide Txell was excellent. She was an architecture professor, and her knowledge of the Sagrada Família really showed throughout the tour. She was passionate about the history, design, and symbolism of every part of the basilica, and she encouraged interaction by answering questions and sharing fascinating details that we would have otherwise missed. She conducted the tour in both Spanish and English, which worked very well for our group. The audio hearing device was also clear and made it easy to follow everything she explained. The only downside was the meeting and waiting process. It was a very hot day, and while we waited for the tickets, our group remained in direct sunlight. It would have been much better if the group had been gathered in a shaded area until it was time to enter. Overall, it was a great experience. I learned so much about the Sagrada Família, and seeing this incredible church with such a knowledgeable guide made the visit even more memorable.

Tour was very good the guide Txell was very clear informative and friendly she made sure the tour was interesting and flowed well. However the meeting point was completely different than that that was texted to us I had to call when guide wasn’t at the point we were told she would be . We weren’t the only people in the same predicament other people were waiting for the guide to arrive. This was not the guides fault as we found out that the majority of the group was given a different location. Better information should be provided.

The guided tour around “Sagrada Familia” in Barcelona was supposed to last 90 minutes but it lasted only 70 Minutes. It was also supposed to be in English language but in was in Spanish and English language. Even worse the guide used to speak at least 2/3 of the time in Spanish and only 1/3 in English. Actually, Viator cheated us! It is a pity because the guide was knowledgeable and friendly and the given information was correct! I would not recommend Viator!!
I haven’t met any other guides but I am quite confident that Charlie isn one of the best! Very informative, educational and an awesome orator! Made it extremely interesting. I shall be back and will look for the same guide

This was a wonderful and very informative tour! Txell did an incredible job guiding us in both Spanish and English, which is a big task. Communication from the company was good and meetup instructions were very clear. The group was not too large, 24 people, and we got little radios so we could hear Txell throughout. I would highly recommend this tour!
