Email was unclear where to meet. The tour however was great. Sagrada Familia is overwhelmingly gorgeous. Gaudi was a genius. A must see for anyone visiting Barcelona. PLAN EARLY.

Tour guide very knowledgeable and enthusiastic!
The guide was very good and knowledgeable. The outside and interior was breathtaking. The only downside is that it was too shout. I would have liked to have seen the interior upper levels of the Nativity and the Passion
Be aware, there are two entrances for Park Guell. Our cab driver dropped us off at the wrong entrance and by the time we arrrived at the correct entrance, we were 15 minutes late and the tour had departed. We asked the representative (who didn't seem all that interested in helping us) at the gate if we could either join the tour late or get the actual tickets and then go to the park ourselves. We were told "no". Their only solution was for us to go back to the other entrance and purchase another ticket. We arrived on time for the Sagrada Familia tour. The tour guide there practically ran from the office to the front of the church and the tour group could not keep up with him. Typically tour guides will raise their hand or some sort of sign so that the group has something to follow, but this guide did not. When we arrived at the church, we then waited 10 minutes for some late-comers to join us. Very interesting when we were told that we could not join our earlier tour when we were late. The guide was very knowledgeable, but the group had difficulty physically following him during the tour. A couple of people in our group who were close to the guide started raising their hands when we moved so that others in the group could follow. Las Sagrada Familia was wonderful, but I would choose a different tour operator Very disappointing experience overall.
The tour consisted of two parts, visiting the Park Güell and La Sagrada Familia. Be ready to take a Taxi between the park and the church since transportation is not provided. The guide concentrated his information more on the outside of the church than the inside.
The guide Hime was very knowledgeable It was an incredible experience Not to be missed The instructions for park Guell was easy to find The address for the Sagrada Familia was wrong but we managed to find our group at the last minute. Perhaps giving the location as Julie Travel with the address would be helpful. Also I sent two texts and received no reply
It was a beautiful Tour, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly! Both locations were amazing! Highly recommended!
We were disappointed that the local vendor, Julia Travel, cancelled our planned tour of the Park. We did received a refund, but would have liked an explanation of all the features in the Park. The tour guide for the Sagrada Familia Cathedral was knowledgeable and explained details pertaining to the various statues displayed.
I actually would not recommend this tour or company with anyone, as I do not believe it is a reputable company. I had travel issues with my airline where I would have to miss my booked tour. I emailed, called, and messaged this company through Viator to notify them way ahead of the 24 hour deadline. They waited until the 24 hour mark had passed to instruct me that I needed to cancel it myself through the app and that there was nothing that they could do about giving me a refund. I even notified them during their business hours so I suspect that they intentionally waited for the deadline to pass. Meanwhile, when I contacted Viator about this, Viator told me that this tour company opted not to issue a refund. I would avoid this tour company. It will save you a lot of money and time.
Difficult to find the tickets and tour operator. She waited for our group and was extremely pleasant and informative.
We did the combination tour starting at park Guell, when done with the first part, there wax’s NO TRANSPORTATION to the church tour. Walking was only way without getting a taxi for more money . Then at church tour had to check in AGAIN . There was much confusion as to our reservations and they were very confused, aviator seems to be an afterthought with local tour group who actually does the work. Be careful and be early,,,,,
This was an easy+ walking tour. Olders and youngers will likely enjoy. Our guide was very caring and knowledgeable.
I turned up on the day at the starting point and we were told that the activity did not exist and as such was not happening. I have now had an email say I will not be refunded. Do not use Viator as it is a total scam! After waking up early and travelling for an hour, it was very disappointing and frustrating to be told nothing was going to happen.
Do not book this tour at all. I suggest you book another tour. You cannot access the meeting point by taxi. You have to climb multiple steep stairs and inclines and descend down steep flights of stairs. I have done walking tours all week Spain with viator and this meeting location was unobtainable. We left 45 minutes to get there after the cab left us at the point they could not enter the neighborhood. We did not make the tour. Other tour companies met right at the park. Not this one. DO NOT BOOK. We now have missed our chance to see this park. So disappointed with Viator choosing this vendor. We called Viator for help even before the tour left. No help. The guy at viator asked if I was on a walker. No. I wish I could add the pictures here I cannot tell you how disappointed we are in Viator. Get another vendor or put an accurate description in the instructions about the fact a can cannot drop you at the meeting point period and you must walk steep slopes and stairs. These stairs were worse than Santorini. I can handle Santorini. Do not book it was our dream to visit this park. This was our only chance. Our last day here in Barcelona If I could give negative stars I would
Oliver was wonderful guiding us through the Sagarada Familia!
This was a great tour and great tour guide. The guide was very knowledgeable, fun and engaging.
Our tour guide, Delia, was funny and prepared, she offered details and explanations as well as tips for better photographs
Way more walking than I expected; including a lot of steps. The tower option was not worth the extra time or cost. The Parc was all about the history and I feel like we missed all the interesting tile/ mosaics.
Nice experience, but the best part was Omar our guide! What a great guide, with a great attitude and very knowledgeable!!!
Super guide and awesome tour ! I recommand it for sure if you visit Spain. IrinaS was perfect to tell us all about the story and life of Antonio Gaudi
We booked this tour specifically for La Sagrada Família access, which is clearly advertised. Upon arrival, we were told—without any prior notice—that La Sagrada was not included due to an error on the operator’s end. This completely derailed our plans, especially since there were no other tours left that included tower access. We had to scramble and pay significantly more to rebook the experience ourselves. This was a major letdown and not what we expected from a trusted tour provider
Unacceptable!!! 😡 The guide left for Park Güell without us!! Appointment time 4:30 PM in front of the Sagrada Familia after its visit and there when we come out at 4:20 PM nobody!!! We wait until 4:35 PM and return to the Juliatravel agency which confirms to us that the guide is on the bus!!! No questioning from the agency which does not offer us a solution!! And tells us that the appointment was at 4:15 PM!!! Liars!! Avoid at all costsssssssssssss!!! Do not trust these 2 sites: juliatravel and Viator which pass the buck, one tells us to contact the other and vice versa!!! Tourist traps!!! 😡😡😡
DO NOT hire this company!!!! We had a horrible experience with Julia travel. We do not recommend it. Go to the official websites of museums and tourist sites (they are cheaper and more efficient) and not with this company that treated us and others horribly. We booked two excursions: Sagrada Familia (1.30 duration) and Park Güell with transfer. We were at the agency before the agreed time, two blocks from the basilica. The excursion started later, because they had to receive the tickets for the 30 people who, according to what the guide said, were part of group 2. Once that was handled, we walked to the basilica (two blocks) with the guide David, who was always in a rush. At 4:25 PM he told us that the excursion had ended and that in fifteen minutes we would meet at the exit to go to Park Güell (nobody looked at their watches nor was there any precision, but we did, because my husband wanted to go in to pray, and I wanted to make sure we were there at the indicated time). At 4:40 PM we went to the indicated point and waited. After a while, since we did not see the guide and the group, we went to the agency. They took our complaint at 4:52 PM (they gave us a receipt). Four other people approached with the same issue: the guide left early. They called him and he said that he left after ten minutes (which is what he had said) and that the group was complete (when, at the very least, a fifth of the group was missing). They no longer allowed us to continue, not even if we took a taxi from there, nor to reschedule the excursion (they wanted to charge us again!!!) They did not refund our money and they sided with the guide. We went to the park on our own (cheap and without any problems). We are never going to hire this company again, we do not recommend it, and we are making sure to tell people what they did to us. To all our acquaintances, friends, etc. We are also going to investigate the regulations that apply, because there must be protection for tourism consumers (since we pay for the service in advance and are left defenseless in the face of these types of situations). At the very least, they should have refunded what we paid for a service that was not provided. Our word was not worth anything, and they kept our money.
Total immersion in the art of Gaudi. I recommend very comfortable shoes. It is a long but very curious and pleasant path.
Albert was an excellent guide, very friendly and friendly, thanks to him it has been very entertaining the tour and of course a more pleasant walk, we would take it again without a doubt
