Best. Excursion . Ever. Our guide Aleix, loves his work. He loves people. The excursion was perfect for us. Good communication via text the day before and the day of the excursion. Clean car in good condition. Explanation of the itinerary along with ability to provide input. Aleix hit all the locations in the description plus several others that gave a real feel for Barcelona from different perspectives. We feel that we could not have asked for a better day!

We were only in Barcelona for two days and we were trying to cram in as much of the sights as possible during our stay and this tour enabled us to do so. We started in Montserrat high in the mountains visiting the monastry and La Moreneta which was absolutely breathtaking and tranquil; a complete contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. We returned to Barcelona in the afternoon visiting Montjuic, the Olympic Stadium and the Port where we took in incredible vistas. Augusto was an incredible driver as he showed us many of Gaudi's buildings from the comfort of our air conditioned mini van. On foot we explored the Gothic quarter which Isabel brought to life through her stories and histories of the city. In addition to learning about the history of Barcelona and its famous landmarks and buildings, Isabel provided restaurant recommendations, recipes and was thoroughly delightful. The highlight of the day was visiting the Sagrada Familia where we took an audio tour to experience Gaudi's masterpiece. Isabel and Augusto were amazing hosts and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Stephanie was a fantastic guide. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but very thoughtful and kind. Multiple times throughout the day she checked in with us to see if the pace was ok and if we were happy with our tour thus far. La Sagrada Família and Montserrat were stunning but having Stephanie for a guide made the day extra special!

We had a great shore excursion tour with Liana! We toured the highlands of Barcelona and Liana arranged our entrance tickets to Sagrada Família. She also gave us so much information and made quite a few stops in Barcelona for us to look at views. She was both the driver and guide. Then she drove us to Montserrat Monastery. Because it was a holiday the parking and traffic was very backed up so Liana came up with an alternate plan. She brought us to the cog railway station and got our tickets and hers and we all went together. She gave us a wonderful tour of Montserrat. She is a wealth of knowledge. It was an awesome day and we highly recommend Liana!

Alejandro Figueroa was our driver and guide and talk about a magnificent guide and driver. Literally perfect. The inside track on everything, head of the line at every attraction, minimized walking from parking and made everything so flipping interesting!

Our tour was with Alexia. He was great. He provide a lot of history, stories and sites in Barcelona. We had lunch at a very good Tapas restsurant. But the tours of Montserrat and Sagrada Familia was magnificent. Alex made us laugh and shared many stories. We would recommend him to anyone wanting to tour Barcelona.

We had a full day private tour in Barcelona, which included Sagrada Familia and Montserrat and many other sites. Our guide, Stephannie, was the best. She took time to explain everything, she arranged reservations for our excellent lunch and customized our tour to our needs and restrictions. If I go back to Barcelona, she’ll be my first call!

If you are on a cruise this excursion allows you to go to both Montserrat and La Sagrada in one day.None of the excursions from the cruise line would let us do that. Mario, our guide, was able to narrate the tour and provide us with interesting information about Catalan history and culture. I would highly recommend him.

We had such a fun and fantastic tour with Liana as our guide — she took us to some great spots in Barcelona, the perfect way to get acquainted with the city and find out all the spots to go explore further! Make sure you are aware of what is included, certain options include only certain POI entry tickets, we loved how hilarious our guide was, highly recommend Liana and this tour!

Amazing time! Liana knew a lot of history. She was informative. We went with our 7 year old and 12 year old and she was very patient with us and made it memorable for our boys. Would highly recommend. We didn’t wait in long lines and got to places before they got super busy.

Alejandro was an excellent guide. He knows the Barcelona like the back of his hand, and is very efficient and knowledgeable!

We chose the private tour. There were just two of us up to Monserrat and then on a time schedule to get to sagrada Familia back in town. At Montserrat, the police pulled over our car, questioned our driver. There was apparently a question about tickets for the car or the In-N-Out company. We were not privy but the police also questioned us thoroughly searched who we were etc. how we hired Viator it made us feel very unnerved. R Tour Guide was detained, but he hooked us up with another Tour Guide who is very good Edward. But this certainly distracted from enjoyment and ease of mind. Then finally, we were allowed by the police to drive back to Barcelona with our original Tour Guide in the original vehicle after apparently fines or taxes were paid we went on our own to the Cathedral Montserrat, and then our Tour Guide seemed to relax and showed us old town. He had good knowledge the excellent Tour Guide was Edward he could relate to people, but certainly our Tour Guide Luis had very good knowledge, but the whole trip was ruined by the stop by the police. It affected our Tour Guide tremendously and it affected us if the company either Viator or in our did not have their paperwork together that is a real shame, it was not a professional experience. It is the day later and neither in out or viator have called us to apologize or to reach out in any way to assure us that this usually does not happen. your company subcontracts with in out tours in Barcelona.

Amazing Miguel was the best tour guide that I have ever been with. He is respectful very knowledgeable and understanding when traveling with small children. The van that we got picked up in was very clean and very well taken care of. I can’t stress enough how amazing Miguel does his job very happy with the service and how comfortable we were. I’m booking again with Miguel on my next trip. We were a family of 12 and no problem at all he knew how to get to certain spots before the crowd gets there.

Had a wonderful tour of Montserrat and Sahara Familia plus a walking tour of Barcelona. Dulce was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the history of the area and made a very rainy day most enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a trip t Barcelona

Spent. Great full day tour with Dulce! Started with a pickup at our hotel followed by a trip to Montserrat. Dulce gave us great background and we we able to see that Black Madonna and the Basilica and a walk to the cross of Saint Michael. Despite the off and on rain, we stayed pretty dry and made great use of the time. Then back to Barcelona for a walking tour of the gothic quarter and environs. Dulce quickly took us to some key/ interesting spots and put things in perspective. Then lunch at a nice restaurant near La Sagrada Família before visiting spectacular basilica using their audio guide ( that Dolce helped us download and prep). A full 10 hour day, worth every minute. We were able to make maximum use of our one available day.

A wonderful day. A walk in "old town" with discovery of hidden places. Visit of "Sagrada FamiLia" very well described. Deep knowledge. Lunch in a very typical resto. Montserrat was an extraordinary destination, offering an unforgettable experience. Our guide had an exceptional knowledge and provided insightful historical context.

My wife and I was picked up at the Gran Hotel Havana by our tour guide Hengameh and driver Albert, they were on time and ready to entertain us for the day. We drove first to Montserrat through the beautiful countryside while Hengameh gave us a wonderful history lesson about the area. When we arrived we had time to look around before going to see Black Madona. It was an experience walking through the Basilica to touch the globe that Black Madona was holding. Our guide Hengameh gave us the history of the basilica. Hengameh surprised us with a trip to the top of the mountain via a funicular. What a spectacular view it is from the top of the mountain. On our way back to Barcelona, we made an unscheduled stop at a Harley Davison Dealer so I could buy a T-shirt. When we arrive back in Barcelona, we visited the Gothic Quarter and did a walking tour. Hengameh made reservations at El Glop, and recommended the paella. The food was delicious. Afterwards we went to visit Sagrada Familia which Hengameh had a timed ticket and we were able to wait in a very short line. We had plenty of time to walk around on the outside and inside to see everything. I would highly recommend booking a private tour and ask for Hengameh and Albert, they were a great team.
