Andres the best guide with good knowledge of history and a nice man

Andres was great, he’s committed to his craft. The amount of knowledge he had for us to experience the Familia Sagrada was impressive and well worth the money paid for the tour. I highly recommend him and the In and Out organization. They were excellent with communication.

only way to see the park and Sagrada Família is with a tour guide. this guide and company were great. very knowledgeable and fun to be with. Marsaile was outstanding. crowd size was approx 15 people and it worked out fine. very easy all around

We booked Private Sagrada familia and Park Guell tour months in advance through Viator. Operator In Out Barcelona told us 5 days before the tour that they cannot get tickets to Sagrada Familia In the morning and want to move us to 7pm. We have to cancel the tour and were able to join other small group tour in the morning. There were many tours to choose from at GetyourGuide. Obviously the tour operator has other more profitable job so chose to cancel ours.

To be clear, I am reviewing the 4 hour private tour by In Out Barcelona Tours. We met our tour guide outside the Sagrada Familia. Fernando did show up on time and he did have tickets in order for our entry into the 2 venues, Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Unfortunately, the tour did not go as well as we hoped. We felt our questions were not sufficiently answered, as a few of them were not addressed at all. Normally on a private tour we are able to maintain a conversation with the tour guide and during the conversation we glean the details of the venue. The guide, normally, has the talking points and a lot of information "behind" each point. This tour had talking points but when we asked for additional detail, the details seemed to be jumbled and inconsistent. Perhaps this was just a language barrier issue (?) but we did request and pay for a tour in English. I would be reluctant to recommend this tour to family or friends.

We had an amazing time doing the private tour of the sagarda familia and park guell, a highlight of our weekend in barcelona. Really worth the spend! Ou guide Carla was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable and adapted to our rhythm. And the Sagrada Familia is really a one of a kind experience!

If you’ve not seen the Sagrada Familia in person, please put this on your list! It was amazing and breathtaking. Niuri (sp?) was so bubbly and knowledgeable—she made our private tour incredible! Due to weather, Park Guell was closed. But Nuiri and the leadership at the tour outlet made a change and we were able to go inside the old hospital (and around its grounds). Wonderful substitution! Thank you for this experience!

The Segrada Família and Park Guell tour itself was very good. Donetella did a wonderful job. What was very stressful was that In Out Tour tried to cancel our tour several times the day before our tour. We originally had a 9:30 private tour all set up for our last day in Barcelona and dinner reservations at 6:30 for our party of 14. This was set months before our trip. The day before our tour they called and said they couldn’t accomodate us and asked if we could do a 2:15 tour instead. We reluctantly changed our afternoon plans to accommodate the 2:15 tour, knowing that we’d probably have to cut our tour short to make our dinner reservations. The morning of the tour they called again asking us to change to a 6:15 tour. We told them this was unacceptable and they said they could do our 2:15 tour after all. This whole thing ruined our last day in Barcelona when it was supposed to be a relaxing and planned out day. Why go thru the trouble to plan a tour months ahead and have it turned upside down the last minute? Very unprofessional and caused undue stress. When I called Viator from Spain when they initially tried to change my reservation, Viator tried to sell me another tour at double the price and they didn’t try to help the current situation with In Out tour company. This experience makes it very questionable whether I’ll book with Viator again.

This is a great tour if you are interested in knowing all the details big and small on the history, the architectural design and symbolism of La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Our tour guide, Sylvana provided us with so much detail that we would never have known on our own. It made us truly appreciate its beauty and how much both of these places have played a part in Barcelona’s history. Sylvana was personable and was open to the many questions we had regarding our tour and Barcelona in general. We enjoyed her as our tour guide. Highly recommend.

This private tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Donatella was more than we could have asked for in a tour guide! She let us take our time in the sites and provided us with a ton of information that we would have never known had it not been for her. It was our last day of vacation and we were all a bit sad to leave, but Donatella made sure that our last day was our best day!

Donatella not only had "private guide" tickets that allowed us to skip entry queues at both La Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell, she proved to be expert on these works by Antoni Gaudí. Our tour was thorough and efficient. Highly recommended!

We were at the meeting point according to my message from Viator. No one was there, no one showed up. Very disappointed. All other tours were fine. Could not find tour guide. Tried to call and tried to text. Also tried to contact Viator. No response. We were there from 9am to 10 am...no show. Requesting refund.

Amazing having a private tour with Carla. We appreciated her knowledge and stories of the history of both sights.

Carla was extremely knowledgeable about the cathedral, and flexible since Park Güell was closed due to high winds. we learned so much from her, and she was very pleasant to be with.

There is no way to describe the visit of Guell Park and the Sagrada Familia, but to thank Natalia who is a mountain of knowledge on the subject of the life and work of Antoni Gaudi and placed us in the midst of the genius of this man. The visit to Guel Park, impressive work. But the Holy Family as Natalia described it to us: Amazing and just see to believe the monument that is the Holy Family. There was no better way to appreciate the visit to these two points.
