We took a private tour with Augusto to Girona and Costa Brava from Barcelona. Augusto was so kind and accommodating! From the very beginning of the day, he greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having an exceptional, relaxed day! He took us all around Girona, showing us so many beautiful spots, followed by a drive through the countryside to Costa Brava where we dined outside next to the sea! He was very gracious in allowing us to practice speaking Spanish which was an additional bonus of the day! Highly recommend Augusto for a day trip! We have been traveling for 24 days all over Spain and Portugal and this was by far the best tour we have had on our trip! Augusto was so much fun and knowledgeable., he exceeded every expectation we had and we. absolutely loved Girona and Costa Brava! We have been to Barcelona many times and this is now our favorite destination thanks to Augusto. Girona is a must see for anyone who visits especially if you enjoy Game of Thrones and Costa Brava is also gorgeous! Augusto also surprised us with a few stops along the way to make it extra special .

A fantastic day with Augusto! From the moment we met Augusto, we knew we were in great hands. He was punctual, had a wonderful presence and a big smile, and you could immediately tell that he is a genuinely kind-hearted person. He is also a fantastic conversationalist. During the drive, he shared stories from his own experience living in Spain, but what we appreciated most was how genuinely interested he was in us. The conversation felt natural and personal throughout the day. In Girona, Augusto’s passion and commitment really came through. He has a great ability to explain things in an engaging and accessible way, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. One of my favorite moments was seeing his enthusiasm for the beautiful red bridge over the Onyar River — surprisingly built by Gustave Eiffel’s company! Then came Calella de Palafrugell, an absolutely charming seaside village with a phenomenal little beach. Augusto recommended a place where we had a delicious paella, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. What really stood out, though, was how attentive he was throughout the entire experience. He kept checking that we were enjoying ourselves, made sure we were comfortable — even getting the air conditioning just right — and was incredibly flexible. He truly went above and beyond. By the end of the tour, it didn’t feel like we had spent the day with a tour guide. It felt like we had spent the day with a friend who is passionate about Spain and genuinely wanted us to fall in love with it too. I would recommend Augusto to absolutely anyone. Augusto was our guide and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, took his time to share facts about the sites we saw and along the drive to and from the locations. He did well speaking in English and teaching us a little Spanish. Would recommend!

My partner and I were lucky enough to get Tony as our guide. We started our trip with a walk through Girona and Tony pointed out several spots where Game of Thrones filmed. He explained the history and architecture of the city while we made our way through the beautiful streets. We then drove to the picturesque town of Pals and had the opportunity to explore. After Pals we went to a gorgeous winery for a tasting. Wines were amazing. We finished the day in Calella de Palafrugell where Tony gave us a great restaurant suggestion. Would highly recommend!

Was in for a short stay in Barcelona and we had a weekend stay. The trip was planned by my wife and I really liked it to know more about the serene and peaceful places around Barcelona which had so much history. Tony was the best guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire town and where the Game of Thrones scenes were recorded. He showed us clips of the show each time we passed by a point of interest. We were able to take our time and go at our own pace. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Tony is very knowledgeable and very kind. Our hotel was not on the pickup list and he accommodated us anyways. We tried local pastries to the area and toured the sites in Girona. He showed us clips from Game of Thrones that were filmed where we were visiting.

We went on an excursion in Girona with a friend and it was an amazing experience. I spent an absolutely perfect day with this private tour from Barcelona. From early morning, the guide came to pick me up directly from my accommodation, which made everything very comfortable and simple. The vehicle was very clean, spacious and quiet, nothing to do with the most crippling group excursions. In Girona, the guided tour of the old town was a real swoop. Walking those streets with someone who knows so much made it even more special. Also, the xuixos were delicious and were the perfect finishing touch.
