Private Barcelona Airport–city Transfer E-class, V-class, Minibus

Had flight delay and luggage mishaps we were treated poorly and had to pay an additional US$140 more. Before getting to Pickup city I confirmed the # of passengers and # of Luggage yet We in turn had to wait an additional 20-30 mins for 2 transport to pick us up. Please advise drivers about personal hygiene

We booked this transfer from airport to hotel as we were travelling for 24 hours and wanted a car waiting for us when we arrived instead of having to wait for uber or taxi. We should have got an uber or taxi. After getting to the meeting point no one was there to meet us. I texted her and then she rang me. It was obvious she was dealing with multiple clients. We were told our car would be here in 2 to 3 minutes. Then the lady said no it would be a little longer. 15 minutes later she said 2 to 3 minutes again. After another few minutes she slowly walked us to a parking garage and then we were told another 2 to 3 minutes. After another 10 or more minutes a car arrived. It was NOT the car we booked! The lady did not once apologise to us for the delay. She really didn’t care less. There was no customer service here. Really disappointing. Book an uber or find another provider.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! We arranged for a driver to pick us up at the Barcelona Airport Sunday May 31 at 13:30 local time at the agreed-upon terminal. After several phone calls and text messages, a company representative realized they were at the wrong terminal, then a different representative finally located us at 13:50. He then escorted us outside and had us wait in the middle of a median while he spent the next 40 minutes making phone calls. During this time, he blamed traffic delays on a cycling event,despite the event having taken place earlier that morning. He kept saying our car would be there in 3-4 minutes, every 5 minutes. After waiting a full hour beyond our scheduled pickup time, a vehicle finally arrived at 14:30. To our surprise, it was neither a limousine nor a Mercedes, but a Tesla driven by a contractor. The driver informed us that he had only been contacted five minutes earlier and had been dispatched as a subcontractor by the company we had hired. We paid €60 for this service. For approximately €35, we could have taken an Uber… likely in a similar vehicle and arrived at our hotel before this company had even managed to pick us up. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we were on the road. The driver made multiple wrong turns, turning what should have been a maximum 30-minute journey into a 45-minute trip. To make matters worse, we were not even dropped off at the correct location and were made to walk through a not very safe area. When we attempted to raise our concerns, we received an apology along with the explanation that traffic from the cycling event was to blame. As compensation, we were offered 50% off a future ride. However, we have no interest in using this company again. Even if traffic was a factor, a company that markets itself as a premium transportation service should have planned accordingly and communicated proactively with its customers. We should not have had to chase down our driver, wait outside for 40 minutes in the blazing sun, no water given, nor be assigned a last-minute subcontracted driver due to the company’s lack of organization and professionalism. They removed my google review as well- BE AWARE OF THIS!! Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience and far below the standard we expected from a luxury transportation provider.

Simran helped us with our bags the whole way. Our flight was delayed so our taxi already left but they arranged another one. They had very good communication.

Few minutes after landing got a WhatsApp message with full information about the meeting point. 10 minutes later a phone call to makw sure everything is going well. Got out of the exit dound them with my name, took my luggage to the taxi meeting point. Simran was very helpful and welcoming. The driver too.

We were greeted at the airport and as soon as landed we had been messaged with information where to be picked up. Good communication throughout. Very accommodating when we wanted to amend our pre-booked pick up for the next day. Again, good communication and timely pick up. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was excelente, fast. And very courteous. We really enjoy the ride. She waited for us and carried our luggage. The ride was pleasant and safe driving.

We were booked for a 3pm pick up, but cleared passport control much quicker than expected by 2pm. Our greater was on the front foot and phoned to see how we were progressing, just as we picked our luggage off of the carousel. She also messaged a picture of the meeting point. Found her with no problem and having recorded the booking number she then accompanied us to the meeting point. Pick up was by a decent sized saloon car for the 30 minute drive to our hotel. Our luggage was loaded / unloaded for us and treated with respect. Normal, but still appreciated. Hassle and stress free service. Would not hesitate to use again.

We booked a private transfer to Barcelona Airport.The booking process was easy and the driver arrived on time, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. However, the communication could have been better. I try to confirm the pickup the night and i took a long to get reply.Also during the ride the driver didn’t speak much English, so it was a bit difficult to ask a couple of simple questions. Overall, the service was okay and we reached the airport without any problem, but I expected to a little more attention to based on the good reviews. it wasn’t bad, but there is room for improvement.

Communication was super easy on WhatsApp , driver message us before arrival and waiting on arrival hall, our flight was delayed 40 minutes but they still waiting without complaint or extra charges. Mercedes V class was clean, Airport to city cost is 60 euro paid , Honestly everything was good

We used this service for our transfer from Barcelona AirPort to our hotel near plaza catalunya, The communication was good, Driver contacted with us after flight land through whatsapp messenger. And meeting point is at terminal one is Go natural cafe, it was perfect ride and Will book again if again get chance

Absolutely worst limo service ever. Do not go there. I prebooked an airport transport 1 week ahead from the F1 race track in Barcelona to the airport. I got acceptance, I specifically asked for pickup point. I was told that the drive would reach out. The driver did not reach out. I had to reach out. Feedback was. We can’t pick you up due to traffic. I even agreed to be picked up 1 hour ahead of planned and missing the F1 final. I heard nothing until super late where they told me. “Everything is under control” But then 5 minutes later. “Sorry. We can’t help you. Find a local taxi”. And so we had to at the price of 350 euro instead of 90 euros. Don’t use these guys.

We booked this through airport transfers. Our luggage was delayed at Barcelona airport and we received a text that the driver had left. We were within the 60 minutes free waiting time and I kept the driver informed throughout. The company disputed the scheduled pick up time and when I sent him a copy, his response - “take it up with airport transfers” completely dismissive and we were left at the airport. They schedule their pick up time as the flight arrival time even though I had booked it 45 minutes later to allow for luggage collection etc. never again

This WORST experience. Multiple calls to Viator because this tour operator does not reply to chats. DID NOT PICK US UP. DID NOT FOLLOW FLIGHT DETAILS. INSISTED ON USING WHATSAPP WHICH I DO NOT USE AND REFUSE TO USE. We will seek refund. We wound up at the airport with no ride. They didn’t check flight to see it was delayed by an hour. We were on the tarmac in London. Viator should be ashamed of this company. We will refute charges with ample proof that we did our part to try to communicate with this provider through the only method provided by VIATOR.

Easy to contact driver and follow up with instructions. Easy to find at the airport. Kumar was polite and very helpful.

I thought they were nice and organized, but for me it’s a big NO. We arrived at the airport and they made us wait 20 minutes before their arrival (our flight was perfectly on time)… Then, my boyfriend forgot his hat in the car (not very pricey but had a value for him), so I called the driver and he promised he would bring it by the hotel on the day after but he never came, i called him, i wrote to him and to his supervisor but i never got an answer… I think a private car service should be more careful to this things, i’ll never travel with them anymore.

On time. For the cost I thought that the car would at least be luxury. Our driver’s car smelled of smoke which I didn’t enjoy. However, she was nice and got us to our hotel with ease

I was completely satisfied with the airport pickup service to my hotel. Communication in advance was straightforward and reliable. At the airport I was picked up on time and clearly visible, so I immediately felt in good hands. The driver was extremely friendly, helpful and provided a pleasant atmosphere throughout the ride. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Overall, a very professional and stress-free service – just what you need after a flight. I can recommend the pick-up service without restriction and will gladly use it again in future trips!

Not at all the driver that was planned, it is actually a system with a person who greets and directs to the car outside. None of this was explained. In the end everything went well but I don’t like surprises on business trips. The comfort of the car is very average.

The taxi was waiting for us, despite the delay of our plane. A neat lady brought us to the busy airport neatly to the taxi. The driver was friendly and drove excellently.

I got a call before I even got off the plane, and I was told by photo where I would be picked up. There my name was on the sign and I was then taken to the driver. My bags were even lifted. A nice drive and a clean electric car. Perfect!
