Re: BR-1203518395-54526624 We hired your services to pick us up at Barcelona airport on May 15. We had a change of flights on Air Canada and changed departure cities from Montreal to Toronto, of which I emailed you on 4/20. You responded with the time change, but still had flight #820 instead of 822. I wrote back on 5/2 again giving the new information. You responded back again with the old flight number, so I again emailed you on 5/3. From that email you again said you had it corrected. Our flight was delayed, so we actually arrived at 9:55 in Barcelona. It took forever to get through Customs with the backup of flights, but got to the lobby at 10:54. There was no driver!! We went up and down the lineup three times. Either he left early or you still had our original arrival time coming from Montreal instead of Toronto. When I finally got you on the phone, your agent said he could do nothing! The driver had left! "We would have to get our own cab and email you to relay the problem. " Your paperwork states that the driver will wait 1 hour from actual arrival time. Since this was not the case, I think a refund is in order.

Our driver was prompt to pick us up at the airport with clear signage. He was friendly, polite and professional.

Our plane arrived 15 minutes early. We went to passport verification and waited there 1.5 hours. I got a phone call saying the driver had waited an hour and had to leave. Communication and understanding the deficiencies in the entry process would improve the situation. We never had the ride to Barcelona

Wen we arrived, the customs line was extremely busy. We were lucky to get out within 45 min. I tried to contact the company and the driver of the situation immediately to apprise them of a possible delay. They made it seem like they would leave if I was past the hour allotted. It was very stressful. Luckily we were able to get out and found the driver. Even though I’ve already paid for the service to the hotel, the driver solicited for a tip. I was going to give him a tip for waiting but after soliciting for it, I felt like it was a high pressure moment. I will not be using them again.

WARNING! Our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. When we got to the meeting spot, we received a call from the operator saying that his driver left because we were late but we will still be charged for the $62 euro. So we just had to stand in the taxi line for a taxi. When we contacted Viator, they said there was nothing they could do about the charge. Very disappointing! I would not risk booking a transfer through Viator.

Our driver was awesome! Met us inside the airport outside of customs and escorted us to his car. Took great care in driving. Plan on using the same service again!

Booking.com should check out which taxi company they put on their site when recommending this service to guests going to hotels

Highly recommend! Very informative! We didn't want the ride to end. We had conversations about culture and perspectives.

They never showed up! My reservation was confirmed through viatar but not through the transfer company. We ended up getting a cab that was quick and cheaper.

This is nice service, the car was clean and driver was great. But I wouldn’t recommend this service because they only wait 1 hour after plane lands if, you don’t show up they will leave or charge you 7 Euros for 15 additional mins. The custom lines at the Barcelona airport are very long. Not lying, we made it to the driver exactly 1 hour after plane landed. Of course I called service office right away to let them know the line was too long but the driver was already at the airport which really didn’t help! Also the price is a bit too much! The regular cost to the hotel I was going was about 30 Euros. Next time I will do the taxi line and avoid the stress that I could lose $63 for being in long custom lines.

It’s a family business that started our family’s vacation off right. They meet us right outside baggage claim and walked us to the van. All the suitcases & luggage for all 8 of us fit without an issue. While driving to the hotel, Khan pointed out some of the sites in Barcelona. We will definitely be booking again with them when we come back! Thank you for making it so easy after a very long travel day.

I advised ahead that we were many hours delayed on our flight from US to Barcelona because of weather in DC. I gave new arrival time. No one was there and they refused to refund or send someone.

To expense for what you get. I would not recommend an other person to go gor this solution. Please download an app, eg Taximes

They were waiting holding a sign at the airport...nice driver and very clean car gave us a shot tour as he drove to our hotel.

Arrived on time, was courteous and got us to the airport safely and punctually- easy to communicate with the service if you have a reference number

No one was at BCN airport to meet me. I had to take taxi to hotel. Very unsatisfactory. I want a full refund.

Good service this was a birthday treat for my friend, but could have got transfer by private taxi for half the prize.

<p>We were a group of 10 traveling from the airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting inside the airport exactly where we expected him. He was relatively friendly and helpful getting us to the bus. The day was hot and the AC on the bus was not working very well. Additionally, we were traveling during Friday noon-time traffic which was very congested on our route. Despite the complaints, I would still recommend the service and would use it again.</p>

Our driver was on time when we arrived at the airport. We were concerned that he would had to wait longer for us as our process through customs took longer than expected. Our driver gave us a lot of recommendations of places to see and dishes to try even though we had a short stay. He was the one to also take us back to the airport and he was early to pick us up and didn't mind driving us early to the airport. Excellent service overall!

<p>We were met at the airport as expected, however, as we were carrying luggage for a two week trip, the driver had a tough time fitting it into the car. The actual drive into downtown Barcelona was comfortable and quiet. We have used Victor for other European airport transfers and highly recommend this service.</p>

<p>We arrived in Barcelona after several hours flying from the USA. The driver was right at arrivals waiting for us. He drove a black Mercedes with ample leg room and plenty of space for our luggage. He gave us the inside story to the events that were taking place in Barcelona: the push for an Independent Catalonia. He was very gracious when we arrived at our destination. The hotel were were staying in had no signage. It was a common building entrance. He made sure we were at the exact location. We were very happy with his efforts. He told us he would not leave until we were where we were supposed to be. He helped with our heavy luggage. Sometimes we forget how it really is in a foreign country with regards to addresses, hotels, elevators, etc., etc., etc. We were in good hands.<br/> Viator has not failed us. Go Viator!</p>

<p>Our plane was scheduled to arrive at 7:00 pm and we were on time. We searched and searched for our driver with no success. Phoned the company and they said the driver was running late. Finally arrived one hour late. That is not the service I paid for. We booked five things with Viator. After our experience in Florence two years ago and this experience in Barcelona, I would not recommend using Viator. Also if you have a problem while away, try to get a hold of them - good luck!</p>

<p>On check out, you are told to provide when your flight LANDS. So I put our flight lands at 4:45pm. Our flight actually lands at 4:45pm, almost on the dot. We are taken to a shuttle, shuttled to the terminal, go through customs, wait for our baggage, get our baggage and finally exit baggage claim at approximately 6pm. There is nobody waiting to pick us up. I walk around looking at all the different taxi drivers signs and none say my name. We wait for about another 15 minutes and new drivers show up, but none with my name. I call the taxi service, it's now about 6:30pm, and they say the driver was there at 4:45pm and waited for 90 minutes. First, he did not wait 90 minutes, because if he did, we would have seen him. Second, if your plane lands at 4:45pm, we dont just pop out on the runway and the taxi takes us to our hotel. Not sure what they are thinking. It takes time to get baggage, etc. and they knew we had a lot of luggage because I noted it on checkout and they acknowledged we would need a bigger taxi to accommodate the luggage. So, after calling they said the driver had already left and would not be coming back so we are on our own. Great. Anyways, we grabbed a taxi and headed to our hotel. FYI, taxi is only 35 euro to central Barcelona!!! We had 4 people each with checked luggage and carry-ons and a minivan taxi was available to take us all.</p>

<p>Very good service as the plane was late arriving but our driver was still there waiting for us with our name on the sign. Driver was very personable and gave us a good overview of Barcelona on the way to the apartment. The service is pricey about double the cost of a cab, but we had 4 people and extra luggage so for us it was worth not having the hassle of finding a ride from the airport. Another thing in Barcelona there is no Uber or Lyft so it's a cab or the bus. Once you are in the city the Metro is good, but overall the city is very walkable. Wonderful and beautiful city and would go back, they warn of the pick pocketers but if you take normal precautions you likely won't have any issues.</p>

<p>After we get out from the EL Prat Barcelona Airport I saw the driver holding my name showing so we directly go his Mercedes Taxi and he is good speaking English also. Friendly and I have confident because he is honest and helpfull too. It took us 30 minutes to reach my Renaissance Barcelona Hotel because it was raining hard that time and by the time we reach the hotel the rain stop and sun has come out again.</p>

<p>The service was terrific. Our driver was polite, timely and professional. The car was spotless. My understanding is that for a group like mine with only four people, the company would normally only send a sedan. However, I noted in the comments when I booked this transfer that we would need a bigger car due to a large amount of luggage. They sent a van which was perfect and there was no up charge. Note this service will cost you more than just taking a regular taxi which would be about 45 or 50 with tip, from the airport to the middle of La Rambla but we did not mind this because it was so convenient. The voucher says that tip to the driver is included but we did give our driver a few extra euro because we had so many bags.</p>

<p>Driver was waiting at baggage claim with an electronic sign with our name clearly visible. He was neatly dressed in a white shirt with black pants which is what all all Books taxi drivers wear. Was very couterous and took with our luggage to the taxi. Would highly recommend using this service. 64 for private taxi for two was well worth it.</p>
