Our guide did not offer any history of the area . He simply drive us from building to building, dropped us off and told us to meet him at the car. He gave us no background on any of the sights.

He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable while still allowing us to see all the major highlights of the city. He thoughtfully planned our stops to minimize walking, which we truly appreciated. His friendly personality and extensive knowledge made the tour both enjoyable and informative. Since we have such a short time in Barcelona before cruising. We had the opportunity to see many Barcelona historic sites in several hours with a very personal tour.

Sunny was our driver and from the start there was great communication!! He was very helpful, kind and polite as well as having good knowledge of the area.

Our driver was amazing showed up on time took us to all the historical areas in Barcelona. Stopped anytime we wanted something to drink eat or use the restroom very friendly and very knowledgeable.

You changed our pick up time without any notification. Original pickup time as per the ticket was 9am and you changed it to 10am. We used your services so many times in last 2 years, this has never happened before.

this tour isnt as published. it was only a driveby even though it says can pay for admission to items in tour. waste of money.

The word “tour“ is misleading. While our cab driver which was dedicated for four hours, was a really nice guy and helpful. It was not a tour, and the driver was very clear to point that out when he met us. So it was disappointing and felt like a lot of money for a dedicated taxi cab.

We had a fantastic time on this tour. Our guide was amazing. He showed us many things and the timing was right. We never felt rushed but did a lot. Love the amazing sights!

No driver showed. They don’t have a driver for our tour but didn’t bother to notify us. We received a full refund but had to call Them when no one showed to find out it was cancelled.

We did not get a guided tour as we expected. The driver barely spoke to us and his English was difficult to understand. We have used Viator before and were very pleased. This was a disappointment and we felt overcharged. It was more like a taxi (we were in a taxi) drop off service.

Nadeem was great knew how to travel around the city and was really helpful. Show us a lot of neat little hidden gems as well. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Daniel was our driver/tour guide and was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was wealth of knowledge and very flexible with what we wanted to do or see. The traveler will get to see some of the main sights of the city. The information provided by the guide was not in depth nor did the guide seem to have much historical prospective. We had to ask a lot of questions to get info from him. Perhaps we should have been more clear that we anticipated learning about Barcelona. The guide was friendly.

My private tour of Barcelona was awesome, I really enjoyed the history and the attention to detail that I was given by my tour guide.

I think this would be a great intro to Barcelona, but our tour guide was either new or just not a good guide. He was pleasant, but no one in our party of 4 could understand him. He was also very monotone. In addition, there were 4 of us crammed in a small cab. I know things are smaller in Europe, but the three of us were very uncomfortable in the back seat. We were tired from travelling overnight and the person in the front seat fell asleep during the tour. Again, he was very nice and kind, but we didn’t learn much from him.

We had a super tour with Fernandes. My partner is on oxygen and unable to walk much distance. Fernandes adjusted our stops with great care which we really appreciated. He talked to us about living in Barcelona which brought the city alive for us.

It is a great overview of what the city has to offer. Enough time at each location for photos and to decide if it’s something you’d like to come back to explore in more detail. Our driver Jordi had good English and was full of useful information.

Our guide Saed was awesome. I, unfortunately forgot to buy tickets for some of the sites, so we asked Sawd to choose a route for us. We were picked up early in the morning and he took us to several sites. We ended at Park Guell, but loved having Saed be our guide. He was a ton of fun and I would definitely choose Saed again!!

Albert, our guide was very nice. He was waiting for us when we got off the ship and was a great driver but not a tour guide. His English was limited and during the 4 hour drive we passed many monuments and sights that he did not or could not describe or give information on in English. He tried so hard that we could not help but like him but he has not received enough training as a guide. We felt this tour was very over priced. More like a 4 hour taxi ride than guided tour. In fact, I feel we should receive a refund.

You sent a 2 passenger car with no room for luggage when we got an email confirmation that you would send a minivan!!! I demand my money refunded!!

I booked this last minute, had a day to spend in Barcelona so I thought a day tour would be the best way to see most of the sights. It was a private tour for a family of three for almost $500 USD for four hours!! We were picked up in a car taxi. The driver was a nice enough guy but I would not go as far as saying he knew well enough to be a tour guide. He dropped us off to the sites to walk by ourselves and he stayed in the taxi which I guess in Barcelona parking is hard to find so that was convenient for him. Nothing really stood out as far as the tour and the tour guide. Not worth the money we paid for at all!! Do not recommend this! We were really disappointed

The listing said that tickets were not included in the price but were not told to purchase weeks in advance. We assumed we would enter the Sagrada Familia. Our guide was very nice but we were very disappointed that we had counted on Viator got this visit to Barcelona.

I had purchased tickets from Golden tour guide for $135.48 Tuesday Park Guell at 3:00. Our tour guide got us there 10 minutes late so we were not able to get in the park. I came all the way from San Francisco to see this park and we didn’t get in. It was very disappointing. Also, our tour guy picked us up half an hour late at 1:30 instead of 1:00 tour and then tried to drop us off at 5 o’clock instead of 5:30. The first half of the trip was good. The second half was very disappointing. I would like to be refunded for my $135.48. I paid.$923.82 and it would be nice to be reimbursed for part of that too. I would not book this tour again. Please respond. Thank you.

We had a fabulous day with our guide George. We truly felt the love, he has, for his city, Barcelona. He arrived a little early and sent a text message advising us what we could expect for the weather that day. He shared his knowledge of art, architecture and history with us. We have travelled a lot over the years and found George to have a friendly demeanor while very professional. By far the best tour guide we ever had. Gary & Maureen

The driver arrived at the hotel on time driving his taxi. He immediately told us he was just the driver for 4 hours & not a tour guide. Hmmm... he was local & once he got use to us, gave us some information about the sites on the tour. but very little. Then near the end of the tour, we asked if he could provide our family of 8 a ride to the Flamingo Dinner Theatre. He was very accommodating in meeting our request & provided two taxis to meet at the hotel, later the same evening. He charged 42 euros for each car! Total 84 Euros for a one way trip less than 10 mins. Our way back from dinner was on 20 Euros per car. Feeling a little ripped off & taken advantage! I would not recommend this Tour.. or this Taxi service. You can learn & see alot more with any other company.

If you are in Barcelona for a short period of time...I highly recommend this 1/2 day tour. Ferran picked us up from the hotel exactly when he said he would and took us to places that we would not have seen without his guidance. We saw amazing architecture, panoramic views of this historic city, the Sagrada Familia, the mall that used to be a Bull Fighting arena and so much more. Having a knowledgeable, friendly guide like Ferran was a perfect way to explore this amazing city when you are only staying there for a short period of time. Thank you Ferran for a great day! I highly recommend Viator tours and will use this company for further travel tours!

We had a great time on the tour. Albert our guide was fun and very informative. We were so happy that Albert was able to accommodate our schedule since our flight was 3 hours delayed. We saw so much during this short timeframe - Albert was the best!

You cancelled on us at the last minute. I hope you gave us full credit. We were all ready to enjoy our tour with Viator scheduled for noon. You sent an email at 11:00 and canceled, ruining our only chance to see Segrade de Familia. I am so disappointed in you.

I had arranged a standard airport pickup from BCN to our hotel, as we were staying one night on our way home from a holiday. We really wanted to get a taste of Barcelona, so we had scheduled a private tour with another company. We were shocked and disappointed when that company canceled on us at the last minute, leaving us scrambling the day before arriving in Barcelona with nothing to do. Fast forward to the day we're scheduled to arrive at BCN. Our plane was delayed over 2 hours, so I let Alberto Castro, our scheduled driver, know. His responses were friendly and patient, and he assured us he would be there when we arrived. Well, not only was he there and gave us a great ride to our hotel, once he found out all of our plans had blown up, he offered to give us a 2 hour Barcelona tour on the spot! This tour was INCREDIBLE! We got to see all of the highlights we had been looking forward to, got beautiful views of the city, tons of fantastic insights, and even an amazing jamón sandwich from a local shop. Alberto truly saved our day in Barcelona, and turned a bummer into a marvelous and memorable experience. Welcome pickups is MUCH more than airport transfers. Thank you, Alberto!

Booked a last minute half day private tour for our family of 5 (2adults 3kids). Khazan Singh amazing. He welcomed us with smiles and chocolates for the kids.

We saw many parts of the city, even some less touristic place like Los Bunkers, and thought we were lucky to have a Sunday to tour, with less traffic, even though many places were closed. Alberto was a great tour guide. Very well informed and personal.

Juan Lopez was a Supertaxi Drive! He was waiting for us at he airport and was happy to add a day tour to the highlights to our airport pickup. He managed to put together all the sites my teens wanted to see and a few for my mom! His can do positive attitude was just what we needed after more than 24 hours of traveling.
