Excellent job done by Pau, our guide. Easy to understand key points about Picasso. Very informative.

Miriam was a knowledgeable & fun tour guide!
Had a great tour. Had time to take lots of pictures. Had lots of question, all were answered. You could tell guide loved her job. I am sorry I have forgotten her name. But will not forget how wonderful she was.
The guide was very knowledgeable. The museum nice but meet location a little tricky to find. Enjoyed the experience.
Great museum that tracks the life and development of his works. Guide Delor was knowledge and friendly.
Gerard our guide was fantastic. He was thoughtful, super knowledgeable and entertaining and had a great command of the subject. It was a pretty big group but he managed it well and was very clear. I learned so much about Picasso’s life and career. The museum was crowded and he navigated it well and we got to see everything we wanted.
Excellent museum and tour with Tours for Today. Our guide Dolours was very knowledgeable and articulate. We learnt so much about Picasso's youth career and influences, and viewed an interesting collection of pieces from his early and later career. We could get close to the art work to see the detail and brushwork. The museum is housed in five former palau, and is a beautiful and peaceful space. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Dolours and Tours for today.
Fascinating to see how his style evolved from his precocious early works through the Blue and Rose periods right up to the later Cubist creations. Not much from his African-Influenced Period.
Good history of Picasso as he grew up and his art evolved. We had very little time in the last room with his most recognizable art and what we really wanted to see.
Our tour guide Tessa was excellent. She made the experience of visiting the van Gogh Museum extraordinary. Far more educational having the guide with us as opposed to the audio. I would highly recommend it.
This was an elegant and informative experience. Violetta was extremely well informed and educated and truly appreciated Picasso’s life. Amazing
Excellent tour with great guide. He really knew a lot about art and history. Not too strenuous for walking.
Excellent, knowledgeable guide. Pace of tour was great. Best experience of all my tour guides in Barcelona.
We usually do on our own or museums audio tour. We would have missed so much, and would not have been as engaging or entertaining. Guide has passion and love of art and it shows!
We had seen Picasso art before, but always selected works from specific periods. It was geat this time to see so much, and to see it arranged chronologically, and to see how Picasso developed as an artist through his several periods.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Licasso Muesum tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable with lots of information about Picasso and his years in Narcelona as a youth. Highly recommend.
Not yet to go because date was changed to 29th. I reserved on wrong day although I wasn’t in Barcelona. I am going to Barcelona on 29.
The tour was exceptional due to the guide's weath of knowledge of Picasso's life and evolution of his work. His passion and knowledge for Picasso's art made for a very enjoyable tour. So much better having a. In-person guide than prerecorded, stale, audio tour.
This tour gave us all the highlights of the Picasso museum. We really enjoyed the chronological sequence of the tour and how the guide showed us photos on his phone of original pieces that were copied by Picasso so we could appreciate what changes were made. Much better than the audio tour would have been! One star removed because the meeting point was tricky to find. Get there early because you may be walking around a bit to find it.
Once our tour got started it was very good, but we were an hour late. We had a last-minute guide who has trouble with listening devices. The staff at the museum were not very helpful with our group.
The Picasso Museum tour was excellent. The guide gave us insight into Picasso‘s family and his early life. It was fascinating to see some of his art works at age 14 and 16. The guide welcomed any questions. We enjoyed the tour very much.
Although we were tired from 2 weeks of travel, I booked Picasso Museum tour on the last day of our holiday. Our tour guide gave us so much insight into Picasso's life and art which made the tour one of our favorite activities. Our tour guide was well informed and made the experience so much more than viewing the museum on our own. I highly recommend!
A wonderful experience. Our guide (I wish I had asked her name) was full of enthusiasm, deeply knowledgable, and clearly loved to share her passion with our group. A rewarding way in which to spend time marveling at an artist who changed not just the course of art, but the world itself.
Excellent tour to help you to understand Picasso and his life through the gallery! It was advertised as a tour with a “private” guide which led us to believe it would just be us. It was actually a group of 16 people. We had whispers so we could hear, but the group size made a bit difficult to see the paintings he was talking about.
Tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable, patient with questions, and gave color to Picasso’s life that wouldn’t have been there if we did the museum self guided.
Nice tour with lots of personal information about Picasso. Tour led by an art teacher/professor who had lots of knowledge. Amazing pieces on display accompanied by interesting details. The tour took too long to get started…about 25 minutes. It wasted time for everyone as we were standing around.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and equipmentmade it easy to follow along. We'll worth it the time and money.
Our first time in Barcelona and first time in a Picasso museum. Our guide skillfully walked us through periods of his life and productions.
The meeting place for the tour was a challenge to find. Double check your directions before going to the tour. On a positive note, our guide was thoroughly detailed about Picasso, his life and about the museum. I found the tour to be extremely informative and educational.
Christel was an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about Picasso’s life and work. We learned so much more than if we had just gone to the museum on our own.
Meeting point was a bit difficult to find because it was not in the museum, but in the patio of a different building. After the first half hour the expert tour improved dramatically as the guide focused on Picasso life and art and it was really nice,
Our tour guide Sophia was great! Well versed in her art knowledge that she enthusiastically shared with the group. Would highly recommend for visitor’s of the Picasso Museum to book.
Seeing the Picasso Museum with a local guide who knows his life and works is such a great experience. So glad we booked this tour rather than just buying entry tickets. Sophia is a wonderful guide and so informative. Not to be missed if you are an art fan.
Excellent tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about art history in general and especially Picasso. Very kind and personable. Highly recommend
Our guide is knowledgeable and passionate. I learnt a lot from this tour. However regarding the museum collection, it has mostly Picasso's early work before he went to Paris.
We had a fantastic in depth tour of Picasso’s development from childhood through his famous blue period and cubism. Our guide Chantel was terrific- a fountain of knowledge as well as making it entertaining and answering all of our questions. Dont miss out on this!
Terrific. Great guide. Lots of insight into Picasso’s history. Would recommend it to others. Thanks.
Olga E delivered one of the most interesting art history lessons ever. Personally, I had never really understood or was particularly interested in Picasso. Olga showed his progression from a 14 year prodigy thru his stages of development and the meaning of his work. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended for everyone but particularly for the skeptics. There were some negatives, and not her fault at all. There was a bit of dead time as she had to deal with someone who was a half an hour late to the meeting place and wanting to join. Also, the museum was quite busy and our small group was actually too large for the circumstances.
Execellent tour. Lisabetta is a very good guide who studied amingst other topics history and art and knows exactly the emphasis she has to give when explaining the pieces of art in the Museum. The size of our group was small so we had the chance to ask questions and our guide eagerly answered.
Really liked her (Sophia) insight into the life of a young Picasso. I assumed she was an art history major, but I didn’t ask, because she was full of art information. Just the right length of time to get a good overview of the works. Note backpacks aren’t allowed in but you will put everything in a group locker while on the tour.
You could easily do this experience without having a tour guide, but you would not have as much fun or gain as much knowledge. Ramina was a fabulous tour guide, and gave us so much information on Picasso!
Marco was great! Knew a ton about Picasso. I learned a lot.today from him! Highly recommend this tour.
Great experience! Renata was an excellent guide. The museum is full of magic.
Our guide was very difficult to understand. I loved seeing Pucasso's early art, but I found the later section to long.
Our tour of the Picasso Museum with Val was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, Val brought an infectious energy and deep passion that made every moment engaging. What could have been just a walk through galleries turned into a vivid journey through Picasso’s life, with stories and insights that made his art feel personal and alive. Val has an incredible way of connecting the dots between Picasso’s evolving styles and the events that shaped him, making even the most complex pieces feel accessible. We left not only with a deeper appreciation for Picasso, but with a genuine sense of having experienced something special. If you’re visiting Barcelona, this tour is an absolute must—and Val is the reason why.
The tour was great, everything in chronological order, the guide gave so much info and answered all of our questions. Great humor and very easy to understand!
Thank you Jorge for an incredible tour. We absolutely loved it. We learnt so much about Picasso from his early days to the works he is most known for later in his life. You literally brought the afternoon alive, with your knowledge and enthusiasm, and we are very thankful that we had you as our guide.
It is well worth to hire a guide to take you through the Picasso museum. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learned much more than just walking through the museum on our own.
Times was great. Very knowledgeable and we learned so.much about Picasso. Tour was small enough to interact
Wonderful tour. Our guide Valentina was engaging and enthusiastic about the museum, she held our attention and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!
